An exceptional stay with outstanding hospitality, a perfect location, and a wonderful team ,we back
Pros:

We had another wonderful stay at Staybridge Hotel. We also stayed here last year and had such a great experience that we decided to book the same hotel again this year—and we are so glad we did.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, and our suite was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is perfect, as it is directly connected to the mall, making shopping, dining, and everything we needed very convenient.

What truly makes this hotel special is the outstanding staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel at home throughout our stay.

A very special thank you to Mr. Mohamed Abdullah, the Bed Manager, for his professionalism, kindness, and outstanding hospitality. We would also like to thank Mostafa, Sara and Youssef (trainee) for their excellent service and warm welcome. They all went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Thank you to the entire Staybridge team for another fantastic experience. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again whenever we visit.

Best stay in town
Pros:

The facilities, the room and the service of staff were all exceptional. Great location and direct access to the City Stars Mall . In fact the staff deserve a special mention in the way they rendered their service and so accomadating. My studio was perfect and had everything required. I was so comfortable and well taken care of

سئ لا ينصح به و عزل الزجاج سئ - الموظفين كل واحد في عالم لا يوجد ادارة

الغرفة يوجد بها صراصير في الحمام و في المطبخ و في باب الثلاجة - عامل النظافة يدق الجرس و يسأل هل الغرفة اللي جنبكم معاكم - عدم احترام الضيف مع وجود ورقة إشعار عدم الإزعاج . تطلع من الفندق او تخرج كله يبغا بخشيش . عزل الزجاج سئ جدا يوجد بجانب الفندق قاعة أفراح وصوت السماعات عندك لحد الساعة 2 في الليل . تجربة غير مريحه لا انصح به
