Pros:

This place is fantastic value for money, not sure why there are some bad reviews, the only issue we had was with the hot water but was no big deal. Nice big comfortable rooms and beautiful architecture!!! Highly recommend

Excellent location in Chiang mai
Pros:

Great location, especially for the Saturday night market. Anything you need was close by.

Cons:

The room was a little noisy from the hallway, but otherwise it was excellent!

Lizard ,mock up furniture, Bathroom without curtain or glass partition. window view from room 204. moisture and dust on the wall. Overall this place not well maintenance.
