Pros:

Posizione tranquilla. Struttura molto bella e accogliente

Cons:

Come ho detto al mio check out questa mattina alla reception la nota dolente del soggiorno e’ stata ieri sera alla cena del mio compleanno al ristorante dell’hotel.
Una volta seduti al tavolo la ragazza che serviva vini e aperitivi ci ha chiesto se gradivamo un aperitivo e/o cocktail. Io ho chiesto un flute di champagne e alla mia scelta di Billecart Salmon mi ha detto : sono €32 a bicchiere. Va bene ?
Ho trovato questa frase di pessimo gusto e inappropriata . Indipendentemente dal fatto che era il mio compleanno ( a maggior ragione davanti a mio marito anche se penso che il ristorante non fosse stato informato dalla reception di questo ) non può succedere una cosa del genere .
Dovete trovare il modo di presentare un listino prezzi aperitivi in modo professionale così da evitare frasi del genere a tavola.
Invece la ragazza che prendeva le domande e parlava un po’ italiano e’ stata molto gentile

Lovely hotel close to Grasse. Service inconsistent.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Lovely setting. Spacious and well-equipped, very nice rooms. Close to Grasse (a 30 min walk or short drive). A great base for that area of southern france.

Cons:

Service was not consistent. Some of the staff, including a lovely man on reception, were incredibly helpful. Others, such as a lady who checked us out, were not. We had a situation where we did not know if breakfast was included in our room rate. We called down to the reception on our first day and was asked for our room number, name and they told us it was. When we checked out, we were charged for breakfast. We explained what happened but the lady refused to acknowledge what happened and maintained we should have known it was not, therefore it was our fault. Lots of back of forth and she eventually removed the charge but we sadly left feeling the brunt of a very bad and rude attitude. She was a very bad representative of the hotel and sadly over-ruled the previous kind, gracious and lovely service we had received.

Pros:

Posto consigliato per relax e per l’eccellente cucina. Immerso nelle colline di grasse e a poca distanza dal centro si può godere della tranquillità dello chateaux e dei suoi servizi. Consigliatissimo.

Pros:

Struttura potenzialmente molto bella. Comodo l'orario della colazione fino alle 11 e del check out fino alle 12. Abbiamo segnalato il primo giorno alcuni disservizi in camera (soffione doccia ammuffito e arrugginito, perdita d'acqua da un rubinetto e mancanza ricezione canali tv): la perdita d'acqua è stata sistemata al quinto giorno di soggiorno, il soffione è stato pulito dalla muffa (per la ruggine bisognerà cambiarlo). Per l'inconveniente ci è stato omaggiato un pasto.

Cons:

Mancanza di manutenzione: tavoli e sedie nel giardino sono inutilizzabili perché visibilmente arrugginiti, la stanza necessita di manutenzione e ristrutturazione (soffione arruginito e con presenza di muffa, rubinetteria vecchia, poltrone in similpelle rovinate).Mancanza di servizi a 5 stelle: non ci sono spazi comuni fruibili (es bar o zone ricreative) l'unico a disposizione è la piscina non servita. In struttura non c'è alcun servizio bar o bistrot.ll servizio in camera dovrebbe coprire la stessa fascia oraria per pranzo (12-14) e cena (19:30-21 30) secondo alcune istruzioni, secondo altre invece dalle 6am alle 1am. Non c'è un parcheggio coperto. Non c'è un servizio navetta per il paese difficilmente raggiungibile a piedi, Non abbiamo capito se c'è effettivamente la palestra che risulta tra i servizi indicati al momento della prenotazione: abbiamo ricevuto due risposte contrastanti quando abbiamo chiesto, comunque non l'abbiamo vista da nessuna parte. Jacuzzi non è nelle zone comuni, quindi se non presente in camera non è un servizio fruibile.
In generale le informazioni sui servizi e modalità di fruizione non sono sempre coerenti.

It was a very nice facility, but four stars had passed. They ask about turndown service, but it never happened.

The property was lovely. The view was great. The pool was very nice.

Details were missed things like the faucet on one of the sinks didn’t work Couldn’t get back into the property in the evening because the light was burned out by the call button for the gate

La quietude du lieu. La taille de la chambre et la terrasse.

Cons:

La qualité des mets au restaurant. Cuisine d'un autre temps. Trop de gouts différents dans l'assiette. Dommage car la cuisne provencale est si "simple" et bonne.
