Lokalita, čistota hotelu byly perfektní. Snídaně takovy hotelový průměr, ocenila bych domaci a ne rozmrazene sladké polotovary.

Cons:

Nelíbilo se mi, ze se za vše doplácí. Vstup do wellness se vztahuje pouze na bazen, za saunu se platí zvlast vstup, za župan se platí zvlast, za fitness se platí zvlášť. Příjemná cena za hotel se snidani se pak dost navýší.

Das Restaurant war erstklassig. Es gab einen beeindruckenden Einblick in die Slowenische Küche.
Das Personal war Vielsprachig.
Wlaneinrichtung unproblematisch und relativ flott.

Cons:

Die Parkplatzorganisation lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig und Parkplätze sind sehr knapp. Die Doppelbetten waren eigentlich keine Doppelbetten sondern zusammengestellte Einzelbetten = sehr Kuschelunfreundlich

Hiányzott a 4. csillag.

Az étteremből szép a kilátás. A szoba kényelmes volt.

Cons:

A szállástól jóval távolabb, az utcán, fizetős parkolóban kellett parkolni.
A szoba erkélyén nem lehetett tartózkodni, és az ajtót sem lehetett nyitva tartani, mert a szállodai dolgozók dohányzóhelye a szoba alatt volt, egész nap dohányfüstben lettünk volna. Jelzésre sem volt változás. A takarítók kora hajnalban már a szoba előtt és mellett zajongtak.
A bár folyamatosan zárva volt (egy 4 csillagos szállodában!), csak egy italautomata volt kihelyezve. A reggelit leszámítva az egész szálloda területén nem volt lehetőség pl. egy kávé vagy egy ital elfogyasztására.
Az étteremben reggelinél kicsi volt a választék, 9 óra után már hiányosak voltak a tálak, a vendégek kérésére sem töltötték fel. Az evőeszközök és poharak tisztasága kívánnivalót hagyott maga után. A felszolgálás nem vendégbarát. Nem volt édesítőszer az italokhoz (tea, kávé), ami pl. a diabéteszes vendégek számára elfogadhatatlan.

Pros:

Cafe da manha e jantar estavam otimos, boas variedades de comida, garcons muito educados. Hotel muito bem localizado. O complexo de piscinas aquecidas e bom.

Cons:

O quarto era velho, decoracao muito antiga, paredes precisando ser pintadas. A recepcao e no hotel Apollo e uma das recepcionistas era muito arrogante e sem educacao. Nao pudemos usar as saunas.

La pulizia del bagno non era delle migliori, la piscina era piena di capelli e per il parcheggio c’è stato un piccolo litigio perché la donna della reception continuava ad insistere che eravamo con due macchine quando noi realmente eravamo con una sola macchina e ci siamo trovati con un diluvio e nessuno ci apriva il parcheggio.
