Pros:

Breakfast so so not many varieties, the Rooms are unclean, and bathing towels are not available even though repeated requests. I had to take a bath and wipe my body with my cloth???

Cons:

They did not provide free breakfast for my college Ravinder Kaur even though she has opted while booking thru you.

Great to Stay
Pros:

The hotel stay and room was good, The staff were friendly, especially the Santhosh who did a great job, and was helpful too. I recommend.

Worst place I have stayed in the last 4 years. Won’t recommend this place.
Pros:

Location is the only good thing about this place and nothing else.

Cons:

The washroom at this place is not functional at all. There is no water flow in the taps and at 1 point there was no water at all in the washroom. Had to press on the hotel staff to have the room changed. The best thing was that the other room had the same issue.

Definitely coming back
Pros:

We had a great experience with customer service and the manager took it upon himself to provide us the best facilities and services and he was the same with every other guests there. A very good experience for me personally. I have been to hundreds of hotels for work and leisure and this is one of those rare experiences you have and on budget prices… very surprised and happy.

Not bad. There was one elderly gentleman who was very helpful. He said he was in the army before.
Cons:

Very few facilities. Kitchen under renovation at the time we stayed there.
