Clean and spacious
Noisy. Not friendly staff no directive where to eat or explore the town. I emailed and WhatsApp but no reply. Was expecting a much warmer and inviting stay

Was not easily seen that there was a staircase only to second floor. The room was less large than I anticipated and the bathroom blocked the TV view from one side of the bed. The safe gave us problems
De locatie is goed.
De ingang lijkt veel op die van een onbewoonbaar verklaarde woning. Vier flinke steile trappen maar geen lift. Receptioniste is vriendelijk. Airco werkte niet, dat werd in de avond om 19.00 gerepareerd na aandringen. Pas andere kamer aangeboden na aandringen, kleiner met een twijfelaar als bed. Kluis werkte niet, receptioniste wist niet dat op te lossen.
De kamers worden als suites aangeboden maar een suite voor mij is een kamer met een zitje.
De eigenaar beloofde een restaurant voor me te reserveren omdat ik daarmee geen contact kon leggen. Hij zou me terugbellen. Heeft hij niet gedaan, heb hem nooit gezien. Receptioniste gaf aan dat ze normaliter geen reserveringen doorgeven. Dit is meer kamerverhuur.

Ausência total de pessoas no estabelecimento. Janelas para o exterior sem qualquer controlo de acessos. Ausência de pessoas na receção.
The location and lovely girl that buzzed us into the bedroom
Too many steps and having to use key code to get in and out key back for other guests ( why could we not have a key to use on our stay ? As the building is on a busy street and late at night a lot of people around ( if ladies alone must use key to get it out of lockbox takes too much time and felt uncomfortable

Nice hotel in a large building. Large windows. Spacious room. Near lots of restaurants and attractions
It’s important to know it’s in a building with other businesses which is confusing when you are trying to find the reception which is in the second floor (two floors up)

The staff was great. Room was super nice, clean and comfortable. Quality all around! Super location! Nice accessories, linens etc. I would definitely return.
The entry to the accommodation needs sprucing up and to be better lit. There is no elevator if you have limitations. There needs to be a better after hours plan unless I missed something.

Great location, lovely design. Attentive receptionist with fantastic recommendations of what to do in the town.
Not very clear instructions on where to go to the reception. It would be helpful to receive a WhatsApp or email in advance to let someone know it is on the second floor. Also, it was challenging to open the door at night. Again, it would be helpful to know that you have to pull the door towards you with the bronze hinge to open it. Otherwise, everything was great.
