Disappointing, and wished we hadn’t been told about the upgrade the bath or the snacks
Pros:

It’s very trendy and the lobby area was good, although we didn’t use it.

Cons:

We were told that we had been upgraded to a studio which had kitchen facilities and a bath ,when we first dropped off the bags at midday, but our room wasn’t ready yet, which was fine. We turned up at 3 o’clock and there was no mention of the upgrade , but we were told that there was drinks and snacks waiting for us in the room. When we arrived in the room, they’re definitely was no upgrade, there was no kitchen. There was no bath. There was no milk in the coffee section for us to make any sort of hot drink and there was no snacks at all.. there was a room on the floor which had kitchen written on it, but none of our key cards would work in that door. We didn’t bother saying anything cause we were only there for one night, but it’s not a place that we would return to again.

Pros:

This is an amazing place. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. Everything is very comfortable, and the staff are absolutely wonderful! The food is delicious, and the breakfast is fantastic!
