It was worth it.
Pros:

The family room was really spacious and cleaned everyday. Food was tasty and they had options. The staff was mostly friendly and accommodating (loved the reception, cleaning ladies and restaurant workers). Also had a store inside the complex. Pools were a bit cold (we went in the beginning of october), also had an indoor pool option and restaurant besides the usual dining area. Our package included 1 free meal at the restaurant where the workers were extra nice and food was A+! Don’t expect some kind of a luxury vacation, but for the price it was really good. The location was fine - really short walk to the most amazing view of the beach, lots of restaurants and pubs etc, stores were a bit touristy and pricey, but its nothing to do with the hotel.

Cons:

Believe what they say about alcohol - it’s not good for the average european and the coctails are not what they have written in the drinkmenu. Also one of the bar workers wasn’t very welcoming, maybe its their face but i dont know, it was off-putting.
Also, I was bit confused about the package I bought as they didn’t explain on the spot what was included and how to get it etc (for example the indoor pool and restaurant - how can I book, where should I go, I had to ask myself).
Not a lot to do with small kids :)

good hotel for average price
Pros:

Large family rooms, varied food and evening entertainment. located close to two beaches.

Cons:

very rarely cleaned, part of the hotel is in excellent condition, and part needs repair. no children's entertainment, no fruit (only apples and watermelons), all you can eat during the day is fried food.

Séjour dépaysant et reposant mais l’hôtel doit revoir la restauration et les boissons et essayer de veiller au confort d
Pros:

J’ai aimé l’emplacement, les équipements j’ai pris une chambre avec une piscine privée, le cadre est sympa , face à la mer ( séparée par une route)
Bon rapport qualité prix
La flexibilité au niveau des horaires nous devions avoir notre chambre vers 15h nous sommes arrivés vers 12h nous avons pu avoir nos bracelets et manger au restaurant sans problème et nous avons eu notre chambre une fois prête vers 15h sans payer de supplément.
Pour le retour nous devions partir vers 18h de l’hôtel au lieu de 11h du matin, nous avons payé 80€ de supplément je trouve que c’était pas cher car nous avons pu manger et se reposer dans nos chambres.
Les excursions via getyourguides sont sympas , il y a plein de choses à faire et à voir et l’hôtel n’est qu’à 15 minutes d’Heraklion , il y a un arrêt de bus à 400 m , pour 2,40 euros vous êtes au centre d’Héraklion ou à l’aéroport.
À l’arrivée nous avons pris un taxi aéroport direction l’hôtel 35€
Au retour nous avons pris le bus, il dépose en face de l’aéroport.

Cons:

Le vis à vis alors que j’ai fois une piscine privée
La nourriture n’était pas au rendez vous, mis à part les salades le reste ce n’est pas bon, peu de poisson ou d’alternative pour les végétariens
Le soir il y a énormément de bruit, le bruit s’arrête que vers minuit ( la musique , des gens qui crient )
Wifi payant mais comme je suis française en général les forfaits sont européens donc j’ai pu utilisé le réseau français
Les boissons ne sont vraiment pas bonnes ( possibilité d’acheter votre eau ou autre dans les supérettes mais dommage de prendre un tout inclus et ne pas en profiter)

Perfect & would love to stay here again in the future.
Pros:

Everything was exceptional. It's a shame we could only stay 12 hours due to our transfers home. The buffet for dinner was excellent & had good choices for children.

Cons:

Nothing,it was all perfect from when we checked in to the moment we had to check out.

Perfect budget friendly stay in a beautiful really large hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel overall! Lovely spacious rooms. Even though it’s a large hotel it’s always clean! The food was incredible, so many choices for all tastes, beautiful main restaurant so much light and decor! Kathrine in the reception was especially friendly and always went out of her way to help us! Loved the little Chapel that was always open to visit and very serene. The pools were beautiful and so many, the spa was amazing, loved the hammam! The hotel was 1 min away from the sea and there’s many nice bars and restaurants in the area. Great experience very happy!
