Het personeel is enorm behulpzaam en regelt alles voor je.. De ligging is ook perfect in het oude centrum. De kamers zijn mooi ingericht met een groot bed en een luxe badkamer. Perfect verblijf!
Bij aankomst vonden we de kamer niet echt schoon. Er lagen nog sokken van de vorige bewoners en het toilet zag er wat smoezelig uit.
It was an amazing stay and I loved everything. First I have to thank Joye for being super nice and helpful, he was in touch before I arrive and managed to book for me tour and sort everything to make my stay wonderful. The hotel is located in the middle of the old town in a beautiful old Chinese house, I loved my room with the spa bathtub, it was like going back in time to live a Chinese’s dynasty. Joye spoke excellent English and his assistant was nice enough to pick me and my luggage from the South Gate to to the hotel, they were doing everything to make my stay comfortable. Joye also booked for me jade snow mountain tour and recommended amazing restaurants. Thank you for all the help, highly recommend this place :)

We would like to thank Big Tree Guesthouse – Naxi Old Style for an excellent stay. The owner speaks very good English and communicates easily through both WeChat and WhatsApp. He was always ready to help with anything we needed and provided us with useful information.
The guesthouse is located in a quiet area right in the heart of Lijiang’s ancient city. The rooms are spacious and clean, the atmosphere is very pleasant, and the price is very reasonable. Since vehicles are not allowed inside the old city, someone kindly waited for us at the entrance and carried our luggage.
At the end of our stay, as the room was not booked, the owner even allowed us a late checkout at no extra charge.
We highly recommend this guesthouse!
This was our favourite accommodation during our month in China. The property itself is beautiful and so relaxing. The courtyard was a great bonus to hang out by when it was raining (covered seating areas). They have the cutest two cats that made our stay extra special. The bed was soooo comfortable. Joye was a great host! He made sure we got the best recommendations and best price for our tiger leaping gorge trip. The location is perfect too.

Me ha gustado mucho alojarme en Big Tree Guest House, la habitación muy agradable, cómoda y limpia con todas las necesidades, que da a un patio interior con abundante vegetación. En una zona tranquila y muy bonita, en pleno 'old town", pero alejada del bullicio, ,por la noche tranquilidad absoluta. Justo a la salida hay un desvio que te conecta con uno de los canales, que me pareció de los mas más bonitos de la ciudad.
El personal muy bien, Joye es muy agradable y buena persona, habla bien el inglés. Todo el personal se portó muy bien conmigo.
Guardo un bonito recuerdo y volvería al mismo lugar. Lo recomiendo!
