The real reason for our happy stay is Mr Muhammad Hassouneh from the reception.

We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Saraya Aqaba. The hotel offers a beautiful atmosphere, excellent facilities, and a fantastic location. The rooms were comfortable, the staff were friendly and professional, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. Every interaction with the team reflected genuine hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

The pool area, beach access, cleanliness, and attention to detail all contributed to a relaxing and memorable experience. It is truly one of the best places to stay in Aqaba, and we would happily return in the future.

Cons:

The only minor point worth mentioning is that the bathroom drainage in our room seemed to need some maintenance, as the water flow was a bit slow. Other than that, everything was excellent and well above expectations.

ليس زيارتي الاولى للفندق ، لكن هذه المرة كان الإستقبال وحسن التعامل يفوق سابقاتها.
قابلت موظف إستقبال يُدعى يوسف جعل من إقامتي أكثر بهجة وتميز ، رافقني حتى الغرفة وقام بترقية مجانية لها ، عدا عن عباراته الترحيبية وبشاشته وإحترافيته العالية في تقديم الخدمة.
