Pros:

I was in westin for two nights
In general the hotel is nice and clean
But there is something that I didn’t like it that you can’t order food from outside!
Also we had a problem with the housekeeping that they didn’t clean the room very well and didn’t refill the tea bags but when i told mr. Mohammad aljamal from the disk office he was very helpful and directly asked me to send him massage when I leave the room , then Ms. mira from housekeeping was very nice and polite and really I respect her when she cleaned and left a message!

Also dalal from the front disk she was very friendly with my daughter (9 months) and she was like her friend 😃

كانت إقامتنا في فندق وستن العقبة رائعة بكل المقاييس.
الخدمة كانت ممتازة وراقية، والنظافة على مستوى عالٍ جدًا، كما أن جودة وتنوع وجبة الإفطار كانت مميزة وتستحق الإشادة.

طاقم الفندق كان لطيفًا جدًا، محترمًا ومتعاونًا، وحرص على تقديم أفضل خدمة طوال فترة الإقامة.

تجربة مميزة جدًا وننصح بالفندق بشدة، وبالتأكيد ستكون لنا زيارة أخرى في المستقبل

ארוחת בוקר ללא המון אופציות של אוכל ממש ממש מעט מבחר
שילמנו כמעט 600 שיקל על ארוחת ערב ביום הראשון שלא הייתה שווה 200 שיקל
היה יום הולדת של המלון לא ידענו מזה לא היה פרסום או הזמנות לאורחים
בריכת ילדים ממש קטנה
מועדון הילדים ללא מבחר פעיליות יש ליגו ציורים מטבח ללא ציוד ממש מצחיק
