Un hotel d’hiver, mais très agréable en été
Pros:

L’hotel est très charmant, très bien décoré et très calme, très bien situé pour visiter la vallée du Ziller et le lac Achensee. Un décor Alpin authentique et des services adaptés, comme les différentes piscines, l’offre de restauration et les spas. C’est un endroit idéal pour passer des vacances au calme en famille.
Le petit déjeuner est fantastique et le staff fait preuve de petites attentions qui sont très appréciables.
Nous y avons séjourné en été, mais je suis sûr que c’est encore meilleur en hiver pendant la saison de ski, l’hotel est parfaitement équipé pour.

Cons:

Les chambres ne sont pas très bien équipées, il n’y a pas de climatisation, pas de mini-réfrigerateur, et le wifi est assez décevant pour ceux qui doivent travailler un peu. Devrait aussi fournir des cafés / thé dans la chambre, il y a juste une bouilloire. Les rideaux n’occultent pas totalement la lumière, donc difficile pour ceux qui préfèrent l’obscurité pour dormir.
Enfin mes informations de réservation (nom, prénom, email, numéro, dates,…) on été piratés et j’ai reçu de nombreuses tentatives d’escroqueries se faisant passer par l’hotel par Whatsapp et email, ce qui était embêtant.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Zillertal!
Pros:

Gemütliches Zimmer, toller Wellnessbereich sowohl in- als auch outdoor (Naturpool 👌🏻), Frühstücksbuffet mit Allem, was das Herz begehrt, sehr freundliches Personal!

Top würde immer wieder dort Urlaub machen
Das einzige aber das wirklich meckern auf hohem Niveau... Die Getränke Preise im Hotel sind bisschen übertrieben ...

Czysty hotel, kameralny. Przy basenie zawsze były wolne leżaki. Świetna baza wypadowa- 7 minut do pociągu. Przy śniadaniu personel podawał kawę i kakao dla dzieci do stolika. Do pełni szczęścia brakowało nam tylko naleśników do śniadania (ale to szczegół). W pokoju oprócz szlafroków byla takze uszykowana torba z ręcznikami na basen. Tak dobrze się tak czuliśmy, ze przedłużyliśmy pobyt. Polecamy

Die vier Tage waren sehr erholsam.
Pros:

Das Frühstück wie auch das Abendessen waren super lecker ,es fehlte an nichts.
Personal sehr freunlich und hilfsbereit. Wellnesbereich ist ebenfalls positiv zu erwähnen.

Zeer rustig gelegen hotel met prachtige wellness.
Pros:

Het hotel is in een klein, rustig dorpje gelegen. We kregen een vriendelijke ontvangst bij binnenkomst.
Onze kamer was verouderd maar had goede bedden.
De wellness beneden is goed, tot wij een dag later naar de wellness boven in het hotel zijn gegaan. Deze is werkelijk prachtig! Het zwembad op de rooftop en ook in de tuin zijn allebei zeer schoon en ook netjes verzorgd. In de tuin lig je heerlijk met het groen en de vogeltjes om je heen.
Het ontbijt biedt voldoende keuze.
Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het diner.
's Avonds is er de mogelijkheid een drankje aan de bar of in de lounge te doen.
Kortom een plek waar je heerlijk tot rust kunt komen.

Cons:

Onze kamer was verouderd en vrij vol waardoor er weinig bewegingsvrijheid was. De bank zag er niet zo netjes meer uit. De schemerlamp hing scheef. De toiletrolhouder hing op een onmogelijke plek.
Het broodaanbod viel ons wat tegen, zowel qua keuze als qua versheid.

Très bon séjour, nous recommandons cet hôtel
Pros:

Hôtel bien placé, proche des lieux touristiques, tout en étant à l’extérieur des zones d’affluences, lieu calme chambre magnifique, propre et bien équipée, lit immense et très confortable, balcon très apprécié. Petit déjeuner et repas excellents. Personnel très sympathique et agréable. Piscines très bien avec une mention spéciale +++ pour la piscine « naturelle » qui est magnifique et bien agréable pour se détendre.

Cons:

Nous aurions juste aimé pouvoir aller dans la piscine située sur le toit (réservée aux nudistes…dommage nous ne sommes pas nudistes… mais nous respectons ce choix.
