The staff was incredibly helpful, there wasn’t a day we didn’t bother them at the reception or via WhatsApp and they went above and beyond to help us. Amazing team
Location perfect for walking around, bar is great.

Cons:

One night there was a heavy rain and we didn’t have hot water but other than that all amazing.

decent stay for the money, but wouldnt stay here again.
Pros:

The breakfast was good although very small. The location was good too, close to the places you usually frequent.

Cons:

The hotel wasnt clean, the floors were dirty when we arrived, there was a piece of USED gum stuck to the coffee table. Also the noise was too loud all night, not the outside noise but the noise inside the building, i guess the sound insulation isnt a good one since i could hear people walking, shutting doors and more at all hours of the night.

The location was great. Very close to Provenza, lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

In the entire hotel, there was no iron. They said that someone had stolen it. I think it could be pretty easy to buy a new one? Also, there is pretty poor lighting in the bathroom if you’re someone that needs to do make up. Being on the 10th floor we were right below the bar and it was very loud well into the morning on some nights. I think I would give their other location a try next time.

Rated a 8 but could be a 10. Nice staff, comfortable bed, location is near restaurants and bars and breakfast is very good.

Cons:

Friday and Saturday they run a bar on rooftop, it's very very loud until 2 am. Too bad if you have a room nearby... watch out.

Cons:

El hotel no es cómodo, hay varias cosas que mejorar.
1. Desde que llegamos el blackout y la nevera no servían, lo reportamos pero no pasó nada, no la arreglaron.
2. En la mañana a las 7am el personal de servicio entró a la habitación sin tocar la puerta mientras dormíamos.
3. Le asignaron nuestra habitación a otros huéspedes cuando ya teníamos todas nuestras pertenencias dentro. Las personas se devolvieron a que les asignaran otra habitación, esto pudo escalar.
4. El baño es muy pequeño e incómodo, al entrar a la ducha te mojas todo porque está en la mitad y el espacio es reducido.
5. Las habitaciones no tienen insonorización, un grupo de personas la primera noche estaba de fiesta en su habitación hasta las 6am y todo se escuchaba en nuestra habitación.
6. Hay un rooftop en el piso 10 y la probabilidad de que te toque una habitación en el piso 7-8-9 es grande y si esto pasa no vas a poder dormir por la música y las personas bailando en el rooftop.
7. Este punto es más para las chicas, no hay espejo de cuerpo completo y la iluminación es pésima para maquillarse

No recomiendo este hotel, no volvería.

Le lieux très original et l’emplacement

Cons:

Un petit déjeuner nul comme souvent en Colombie ils sont loin des standards internationaux, il y a pas de buffet un serveur vous ramène 1 café un toast avec un œuf et 5 tranche de fruit

Cons:

We had an incident involving my girlfriend whose shampoo disappeared after the room being cleaned. We tried to talk to the staff but they repeatedly said they didn’t know what had happened, they had only cleaned the bed sheets and towels. We were not very satisfied with this.

Stylish Boutique Hotel in a Great Location
Pros:

Stayed on the 2nd floor—rooms are large with modern rain showers, though some lobby noise was noticeable. Boutique-style hotel in the heart of El Poblado, close to restaurants and nightlife. Rooftop area is fantastic, and breakfast was limited but delicious. Excellent value for money! Loved the welcome drink! Def would stay again!

Cons:

The room felt quite minimalist, and the only mirror was pushed back on a wall with no access to get closer, so it was difficult to do makeup or get ready in the room. There wasn’t another mirror in a better spot, which was inconvenient.
Another thing to note is the layout: you must walk up a flight of stairs to reach the lobby before using the elevator, and there’s no elevator access down to the basement where breakfast is served, which made moving luggage a bit awkward.
Poor sound insulation between from outside.
