Terrible hygiene, unacceptable food service, and nowhere near 5-star luxury quality.

Cons:

Extremely dirty conditions for a luxury resort (€4,250 for 5 nights). The swimming pool bottom was covered in grime and algae, and the room floor/bathroom were unsanitary. Dinner service was terrible: dirty plates, poor food quality, and not even basic plain water was available. Completely unacceptable standards.

Pros:

They upgrade our room to from season view ♥️we didn't even ask for it. Everything was nice, staff, food and the location. Also the child service that they provided,my daughter asked daily to go there, so that as well tells a lot on how family friendly it is.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I wasn't make aware when I was booking that a cancellation fee is applied when you cancel a nail service. I was told that 50% of the total cost is applied but just when I called to cancel...it could be nice to be informed when I was booking the appointment especially that I booked for the next day, so I didn't even had the slot for so long. However the nail service itself was lovely and the girl that did my nails was super friendly.

Lugar maravilhoso, instalações e equipes excelentes.
Pros:

Este é o segundo ano que me hospedo no Ammoa, o que por si só demonstra o quanto gosto do resort.

O buffet do jantar é simplesmente excelente, com grande variedade de pratos, ingredientes de qualidade e um preço muito justo pelo que é oferecido. O serviço de praia do Aura também merece destaque pela eficiência e atenção da equipe.

As piscinas são muito bem cuidadas, limpas e agradáveis, proporcionando uma ótima experiência para relaxar durante toda a estadia.

Cons:

Como sugestão de melhoria, notei que os ferros de passar roupa dos dois quartos apresentavam sinais de sujeira. Além disso, o café fredo servido na praia poderia ter uma porção um pouco mais generosa.

Pros:

The resort is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. I loved the whole concept, especially the beach and the crystal-clear water.Kyma Taverna was definitely a highlight the menu is exceptional and the food was absolutely delicious.The chef is amazing and most of what we tried was excellent. The only exception was the kebab, as the meat was not as good as the rest.

Cons:

For a five-star resort and this price range, I expected a higher level of service and attention to detail. When we arrived, there was no bellboy available, so we had to handle some of our luggage ourselves. Later, he apologized and explained that he was the only person covering this service.
For two days, there was also an unpleasant sewage-like smell in our bedroom, not the bathroom. We reported it to reception and were told someone from the housekeeping would check it, but unfortunately no one came.
We booked bed & breakfast. The breakfast buffet was quite basic and lacked variety for a five-star hotel,but as for Greece i think its quite good.
One evening, we also went to see the dinner buffet before deciding whether to pay the €40 per person, but the selection looked very limited, so we decided not to dine there and again chose Kyma Taverna a la carte instead(which is Chargable).

The check-out experience also felt quite impersonal. Although they apologized for the inconvenience after we mentioned the issues we had experienced with the room smell there was no proper farewell or even a simple “goodbye” or “thank you for staying with us.” There was also no bellboy available to assist us with our luggage when we left. For a five-star resort, we expected a warmer and more attentive departure experience.
