A great place to relax

Pros:

Sea was crystal clear. The pool area was perfect. Rooms were clean. By car it is close to city center.

Cons:

There were too much insects, our room was at the end and too far. There are no close restaurants or cafes near, walking to somewhere is not possible.

Hotelul are marele avantaj ca este inca nou si foarte bine situat (plaja mare, intrare lina in apa, apa foarte curata). Mic dejun variat si bogat, as sugera mai multe legume si fructe. Personalul amabil si deschis nevoilor clientilor.

Cons:

Am solicitat preluarea de catre o agentie de turism a platii sejurului in avans, insa hotelul a refuzat

Pros:

The area where the hotel is hosts a large population of seagulls which is very nice to watch.

No seasonal fruits at the breakfast. The room had wear out towels and hard pillows.

Great experience
Pros:

Location is great, the beach is perfect, room beautiful and clean, Mel from Kids club amazing, very nice welcoming, good place for snorkellling even for small kids that should remain at shallow water.

Cons:

Hard working employees, especially for cleaning. Maintenance should keep up with them - there are small things to be kept in check. Nothing disturbing, just the small details.

Moraju mnogo toga da poprave
Pros:

Najprofesionalniji i najljubazniji su ljudi koji voze bagi i pomazu oko prtljaga i auta,na recepciji,iako smo zaista stigli ranije od chek in-a,ostavili su nas sa malom bebom da cekamo dva sata,tacno do predvidjenog vremena,jer nam soba “nije spremna” kao da u onolikom hotelu ne postoji nijedna druga soba.

Cons:

Francuski krevet ne postoji,vec dva spojena singl kreveta,medju kojima se pravi rupa,dakle mucenje a ne spavanje i odmor,na to su se zalili mnogi gosti. Ovo je previse skup hotel,da nema osnovne stvari poput kreveta,iz toaleta se siri ruzan miris,ne postoji jako topla voda,samo mlaka,a soba je puna mrava,ti mravi ulaze u vase stvari i nosite ih kuci,tako da smo vrlo razocarani

Beautiful resort, disappointing service, and poor value for the price. We would not return.

The resort is modern and visually appealing. The staff were polite and tried to help whenever possible.

Cons:

The overall experience did not reflect a five star resort. After 10:00 a.m. it was almost impossible to find available sunbeds, yet there was no beach service before then. We had no internet for two full days, housekeeping consistently came around 2:30 p.m. when our children were sleeping, so our room often remained full of sand. The children’s facilities were limited, the Side Sea View room barely had any sea view, and the connected private pools offered little privacy. Although the hotel acknowledged our concerns, the proposed solutions came at times when they were difficult to use, leaving us with the impression that there was little real willingness to compensate for the overall experience.
