Very good
Pros:

We loved the whole experience from the very nice and cooperative staff to the food and the program itself and the room with private balcony and the boat. All were superb and to a high standard of service.Ve

Cons:

I hoped that they could accommodate early check-ins. As we experienced like other guests some flights arrive early. It would be highly appreciated if the boat management would offer a solution for early arriving guests.

Though some small mistakes, but Great staff, Nice cruise!
Pros:

May look abit old, but all in good condition, and you can actually feel the vintage romance from it. Great cruise at all.

Cons:

The first night I was bitten by fleas in the bed and woke up in 2am cuz too itchy. Both my leg and hand and chest , neck, and face are bitten too.
So I msg my travel agent and the front desk. They immediately agree to change room for me. The second room was fine on everything. Just the big bite will take weeks to recover and it is super itchy!

Very good
Pros:

Staff were amazing, whether housekeeping, catering or hospitality - all fab and all constantly working - don't know how they did it
Food was excellent and full compliments to Head Chef
