Excelente ubicación, pero el servicio no justifica el precio
Pros:

La ubicación es, sin duda, lo mejor del hotel. Está en Plaza Strada, en El Poblado, muy cerca de centros comerciales, restaurantes y otros lugares de interés. También destaco la amabilidad del personal, que siempre fue cordial y dispuesto a ayudar.

Cons:

El servicio de limpieza fue deficiente durante mi estadía y no estuvo a la altura de un Holiday Inn. El desayuno tipo buffet fue exactamente el mismo todos los días, con muy poca variedad para quienes se hospedan varias noches. La iluminación de la habitación era muy amarilla y tenue; en un hotel de esta categoría, en pleno 2026, se espera una iluminación más moderna y funcional. Además, el televisor solo ofrecía canales por cable, sin funciones Smart TV para acceder a plataformas de streaming, algo que hoy en día es prácticamente un estándar. En general, considero que el hotel está sobrevalorado y que la experiencia no justifica el precio que cobra.

Cons:

when a guest notifies the hotel that there should be no alchol in the room, it is usually for an impotant reason. The guest may be going through a situation, or may be in recovery from alcoholism. This is something hotels should take very seriously. In my case, I specifically informes the hotel that there should be no alcohol in my room, yet alcohol was still provided. Although I undersatnd this was most likely a communication issue, it made me unfortable. This is not simply preference- it can involve a serious medical condition or addiction. It should always be handled with care.

No me han enviado la factura de la estadia.
Desayuno con muy poca variedad y de autosevicio. Es muy distinta a la experiencia que he tenido en otros hoteles de la misma cadena en otros países.

Acogedor para ir entre amigos
Pros:

La relación calidad precio, el desayuno, la limpieza, la mayoría del personal fueron excelente personas, fue muy acogedor, fuimos un grupo de amigos y volveríamos.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gusto es que me cobraron un seguro sin ofrecérmelo antes, no fue caro, pero antes de cobrar algo deben de preguntar si estas interesado, no es bueno que uno tenga que reclamar acabando de llegar.
