A wonderful and relaxing stay with excellent hospitality — I would happily stay here again!
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at La Casa Hotel Amman. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the location was convenient with many restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast was also very good with a nice variety of options.

Cons:

Honestly, I had a very pleasant stay and there was nothing major that I didn’t like. Everything was comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Room service staff are unprofessional are all!!!!

I have requested a cold water but unfortunately the hotel does not have cold water!! They offer "ice" instead. I don't know how a four stars hotel do not provide such as a cold water!!!
I have requested at leaest honeymoon setup and found nothing, if you offer this service with extra charge i can pay easily!!!
