Pros:

El apartamento muy cómodo y amplio y limpio y muy muy central cerca de todo

Cons:

Lo único fue hombres jóvenes en el otro apartamento, que llegan borrachos, hacen mucho ruido y tocan a nuestra puerta en medio d ela noche.

Postele proležele,opotřebený nábytek a podlahy.ulozny prostor žádný.podkrovni být bez výtahu . Šel slyšet každý krok z vedlejších bytu.parkovani za příplatek,a bylo psané že není problém s parkováním.

Přístup a funkční recepce, která se snažila věc narovnat, ale pozde.

Cons:

Nejsem nespokojený typ člověka, ale byl jsem tentokrát opravdu zklamán. Přijel jsem po 5 hodinové cestě na ubytování. Recepce a informace byly super. Tady to ale končí. Vstup do budovy a prostory domu byly opravdu nepěkné. Měl jsem pocit jak bych procházel dům hrůzy za mlada. Pokoj neodpovídal fotografiím a bylo v něm pouhých 17 stupňů. Když jsem kontaktoval recepci poslali údržbáře, který řekl že se vše za chvíli vytopí a něco nastavil na termostatu. Místo spánku jsme šli na večeři a po návratu asi po 3 hodinách bylo v pokoji pouze 18,5-19 stupňů. Takto si nepředstavuji připravený pokoj pro hosty. Koupelna jevila náznaky plísně. Pokoj jsme opustili a našli ubytování jinde. Recepce mi nabídla jiný pokoj, ale po této zkušenosti a 3 hodinách jsem neměl opravdu zájem.

Le manque de respect des autres locataires (touristes)beaucoup trop bruyants
Cris, parlent fort , marchent d’un pas plus que lourd
Et ça peu importe l’heure
Une pensée pour ceux qui habitent dans cet immeuble à l’année

Sinon l’appartement est bien Peut être rajouter une table et chaises
Cela faciliterait grandement la prise de repas

Cómodo y bien ubicado. Bastante céntrico.

Cons:

En el anuncio no se especifica que el bloque de apartamentos no tiene ascensor y nos tocó cargar las maletas por las escaleras hasta la tercera planta.

I liked the location.

Cons:

There was no heat. It was warmer than outside, but still cold every day. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. The bathroom was dirty.
