Dreadful and caused us much anxiety on our cycle trip
Pros:

Food was ok .

Cons:

We were not able to speak to reception as spoke no English . We managed to find someone at our last hotel to speak to find they had no knowledge of our booking and did not deal with Booking.com . We needed to stay in Doubice as we were cycling and there were no other hotels . They said they could offer us a room so we paid a second time . Place was like something from the sixties . An elderly lady in reception who spoke no English and had dresses hanging up drying in reception . Our room had a dreadful carpet that looked like an old corridor carpet cut in sections and fitted to floor . Towels were thin old with holes in them . Shower had one piece of soap .
The toilet would not flush and a young girl came who turned the water on to the cistern . We realised later why they turned water off as water started leaking onto the floor so we had to use a towel to mop floor !

We had no choice other than to eat here as in middle of nowhere but fortunately the food was ok .
I would not recommend this hotel because it says it does not deal with booking . Com
How then did Booking. Com take our money ?
