Doamna de la recepție foarte nepoliticoasa cu oaspetii. Camerele nu sunt ca in pozele de pe site,in baie miroase foarte urat. Chiuveta este in dus. Parcarea se plateste. Mancarea foarte scumpa

Personal amabil, mâncarea delicioasa, căldură in camere,curățenie si cel mai relaxant si calitativ masaj.
As verifica putin calitatea saltelelor, de data aceasta nu am nimerit una tocmai ok si confortabila dar asta nu ne va impiedica sa revenim ori de câte ori vom avea ocazia cu aceeasi placere.

Relaxare, timp de calitate cu familia, activități perfecte pentru toate vârstele!

Curățenia, activitățile pentru copii, facilitățile, amabilitatea personalului.

Cons:

Sunt trei aspecte care m-au deranjat puțin:
1. Faptul ca deși micul dejun este până la ora 10:00, de pe la 9:30, cam așa deja nu se mai reumpleau vasele unde se terminase mâncarea.
2. Destul de deranjantă treaba cu dușul, cel puțin în camera noastră așa era, nu știu dacă așa este și în altele, faptul ca nu exista nicio protecție pe jos la duș, nu era cumva făcută o “cădiță” trebuia să stai să te speli în colț ca să nu se ducă apa în cameră efectiv, se scurgea apa de la duș până aproape de ușa, plus ca dacă voiai să intri în baie după ce făceai duș, să te duci la chiuvetă sau wc, te udai până la glezne

Pros:

Atmosfera liniștitoare , zona de SPA mică ,dar frumos împărțită . Masajul (contracost ) a fost minunat .
Mic-dejun încărcat și personalul restaurantului amabil .
Mâncarea de la “a la carte “ foarte bună !

Cons:

Camerele sunt mici , nu au bacon și mirosul urat de la baie nu poate fi suportat . Curățenia lasă de dorit …
