Not enough hot water for bath and shower not very hot

Exceptional Service - I met colleagues at the hotel early on Sat and was due to check in at 3pm - my room was ready at 8 so I was given a key - As never happened in my life! Kian was a total star - helping our group in every way he could. Nothing was too much trouble. Very much appreciated. Rooms and beds super comfortable - no traffic so a great sleep.
Breakfast was great - booking now for my next trip !

Thats all I can say - really there was nothing I could fault - just 'grand' - def book if you are in Belfast.
A very good location - you can walk to the centre within 15 minutes.

The carpet in the room hasn't been vacuumed for quite a bit. There were some new clothes labels and clippings left by the previous guest. And they weren't hidden under the bed.
No toilet brush... 🤷♂️
Lovely modern hotel, friendly staff and very handy.

Very accomplished staff, the room is so spacious and comfortable. We had our 2 children staying with us and they gave each colouring book and stickers which was a lovely touch.

The price was affordable for 2 nights and the hotel room was fabulous.
The parking was expensive.
