Really good would definitely recommend and come back

Location and view and of course room service

Cons:

A lot of what seemed like dust coming off the bed sheets
I made special requests to have things in the room and the most expensive thing wasn’t in the room and it was replaced with something half the price of what I paid

Great hotel, comfy and clean rooms in a lovely quiet area of Belfast.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful.
Nice rooms.
Quiet location.

Cons:

Reception area was quite dark.
Rooms very warm for time of year and air con wouldn’t go lower than 19 but could open window.

Pros:

Spacious room, very clean and comfortable. Good location - short walk into city centre, but very quiet and peaceful.

Cons:

I think the beds/bedding could have been of a higher standard. Don't get me wrong, they're comfortable enough and clean - they just felt slightly cheap.

Good location and parking. Food is good at breakfast and the restaurant service was good.

Cons:

Flush was a little broken in the ensuite.
