Modern and great sized rooms. Light dining area. Hotel was not noisy which is a huge deal compared to many.
There was no seal under the shower screen causing flooding from the bath. Not ideal but I reported it to reception on departure.

3rd time we have stayed. Bed was a bit saggy on one side.
In the bar on the first evening which it says is open until 12am. Manager started to take table lights down at 11.15pm which made us feel that he was trying to put things away to close.
A fantastic location with great rooms, food and staff. A great hotel for a 1 or 2 night trip to Belfast, especially if you are working in the city.
I didn’t get to stay in this hotel was moved to there sister hotel were the staff were not very helpful and I was told they would upgrade me to a bigger room which they didn’t and I didn’t like the area the sister hotel was
The shower wasn't working and a repair man replaced the entire unit within a couple of hours.

Good location, services were at par with a budget hotel. Ample parking, room service and in-room tea and snacks were good.
The double bed was basically two twin beds and mattresses joined together so that wasn't ideal. Shower pressure wasn't great.
