We stayed here for a short business meeting in Lahore, and the overall environment was very friendly and cooperative. The staff was polite, helpful, and supportive throughout our stay. The place was calm and suitable for meetings and discussions. Location was convenient, and the atmosphere felt safe and professional. It was a comfortable stay for a one-night business visit.

Over all it was good.
Pros:

I specially want to mention the name of Rashida as she helped me to go out of the way and provide me with hair spray, it's really appreciateable..it really added the value of hotel one...

Cons:

Yes last day buffet breakfast was not served.... It was bit annoying... One suggestion there must be a lady for hair do. As mostly people stay to attend function.
