Price/quality too high. Sound insulation terrible. For 3 days the room was not cleaned because all the time we were already back from ski

Desde el inicio al fin todo fue genial. El personal- la comida- las camas super comodas, incluso las supletorias - las habitaciones amplias- el Spa muy acojedor- zona infantil y los detalles de la llegada y la salida por parte del hotel.

El personal és molt servicial i atent.
Els llits grans i còmodes. Habitacions espaioses.

Cons:

No s’indica que les begudes no entren en mitja pensió. El preu abusiu d’aigua de l’aixeta 3€, cervesa 4€, etc. El dissabte per sopar, als primers ens van donar aigua d’aixeta, als que van venir els ultims vam veure com els van donar aigua de marca Font Vella. Una presa de pèl.

Overall a fantastic stay and we will definitely return.
Pros:

A lovely, cosy and friendly hotel. Very clean, warm and inviting. Close to the ski lift, shops and restaurants. A junior suite and adjoining double room were ideal for an extended family of two young children, their parents and us, the grandparents. A great family location with a water park just across the road. The staff and especially Fatima on reception and Jose the bar man were particularly kind, helpful and professional. They even put up with my attempts at speaking the language. Prices in the hotel were also very reasonable for food and drink. The hotel spa was also, another added bonus. We will definitely return.

Cons:

Only a small gripe. We had two children with us aged 4 and 6. A children’s play area was advertised and shown in photos as being a large soft play area with an Xbox ( my grandson was very excited) and other games and toys. Unfortunately, the soft play was even too small for the 6 year old. There was a snooker table and table football (for which you had to pay extra each time you played) and no Xbox or other suitable toys. This didn’t cause too much of a problem as we had glorious weather but, if it had rained, we could have had problems.

gorgeous breakfast, very comfortable rooms, knowledgeable staff, excellent location, all amenities

Cons:

heating in rooms was a little hard to control. Would have been brilliant to have a discounted weekly price package for the spar - or one free access pass as we were on Ski Weekend and it was expensive at 15 euros each - very expensive for a whole family

En general todo bien y personal estupendo, trato en bar y remoción muy profesional y buena,
Pros:

El personal de recepción, Fátima una chica excelente muy atenta, resolviendo cualquier duda.

Cons:

El bufet de la cena, para el precio era poco variado, carnes duras y frías, los cocineros que hacían los pescados y carnes no ponían el sigue te interés en su elaboración en cambio desayunos muy variados y buena calidad .. los camareros muy a tentos a las necesidades de los huéspedes. Por otro lado para mi gusto las camas muy blanda y las almohadas muy blandas que me desperté con dolor de cuello,( paro eso va a gustos y costumbres de cada uno).

Classic ski hotel, 5 min walk to the ski system.

Cons:

The New years menu was very pricy so our expectations were high. But it sadly it was none less then awful and for the mostpart uneatable. I think the restaurant chose a too complicated menu in relation to their experience - all was either half frozen or overcooked. Had the worst meat experience in my life, the beef would have been made better use as a frisbee. Sad for the personnel whom were all stressed and nervous. My advice is to keep it simple next time!

Muito agradável e divertida.
Pros:

O hotel é do lado da estação de ski e em frente a um centro de atividades como patinação no gelo. Tem quartos muito confortáveis e ambiente acolhedor. Para quem pretende ir ao centro de compras da cidade, tem ônibus muito próximo.

Cons:

O gerente do restaurante a la carte foi grosseiro conosco. Pedimos um prato, ele não entregou o que estava escrito e, quando reclamamos pedindo que fosse corrigido, foi mal educado. Não retornamos ao restaurante. Utilizamos outros da região.
