Todo , desde su ubicación a la suite que era muy grande y la amabilidad del personal

Lo único por poner una pega la piscina no estaba muy limpia y se oye mucha música de los alrededores por la noche

Les lieux sont tout simplement magnifique! Les espaces communs, la suite que nous avions était incroyable!

Bien que bien situé dans le centre…nous avions un bar qui était au même niveau que notre suite…résultat, de la musique rock jusqu’à 3:00 du matin, comme si nous y étions…

A lovely historic property but too many negatives for me to want to stay again
Pros:

The location is right in the historic centre of Santa Marta. The building has a lot of historic charm Thr room has access to Netflix

Cons:

Firstly I was sent a message on the day of arrival about paying and the system was complex and impossible for me to make payment. After trying for 30 minutes I messaged to ask if I could pay cash ... they said I could pay when I arrived so why send a message about payment.
The rooms are very dark so even unpacking clothes is difficult because it's hard to see.
There are no facilities to make a drink in the room and even in the kitchen area there was apparently no kettle so I had to use a microwave to warm water.
The swimming pool isn't clean and is pretty much unusable...infant it is dangerous because the water is unclear you can't see the steps in the pool.
There are frequently no staff on duty and when I stayed a couple of nights it was very windy and the communal window shutters were left open and the wooden shutters were banging all night.
There is a lot of noise from surrounding bars especially Friday/Saturday
I also found a cocroach in the room
Finally, I thought it very rude of the member of staff who did the breakfasts to deliberately point out the tip box ... no thank you for staying, have a good trip .. just an attitude of don't forget to tip .
I wouldn't stay here again

Très bel emplacement
Pros:

Ancienne maison coloniale, tout est ouvert avec ventilateur. Cuisine à disposition pour se faire à manger. Localisation parfaite. La chambre familiale au 1er étage est superbe. Spacieuse.
Problème lors des 2 derniers jours nous obligeant à changer d'hébergement.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pu terminer notre séjour dans cet hôtel suite à un problème dans une des chambre.

Schöne alte Unterkunft
Pros:

Zentrale Unterkunft, gutes Frühstück und sehr freundlich!
Das Zimmer ist sehr schön!

Cons:

Wir hatten das große Zimmer, welches nur über eine Wendeltreppe zu erreichen ist.
Das ist mit Gepäck nicht gerade einfach.
Die Terrasse ist toll, allerdings wären 2 Stühle sehr hilfreich.
Am Wochenende kann es laut werden, da die Unterkunft sehr nah an der Partymeile ist.

Lovely house, trulli authentic and elegant, breakfast was great!

Cons:

Unfortunately no Windows in our bedroom but that’s due to the old structure I guess! A lot of mosquitoes in the common area!

Onvriendelijke ontvangst, oude kamer vuil. Smoezelig, klein , geen safe, slechte matras en geen warm water - voldoet helemaal niet aan de beschrijving op booking.com. Hebben ander hotel na 1 nacht genomen. Ons was een refund beloofd - niets gekregen!

Estaba en el centro de Santa Marta a un paso de muchos restaurantes, tiendas y playa.

Cons:

La discoteca (de jueves a sábado) de al lado tiene música hasta las 3 de la mañana y se escucha muchísimo. La piscina podría estar más cuidada.
