Tudo perfeito! Localizacao excelente, perto de tudo! Desayuno delicioso e tudo fresco! Casa incrivelmente bonita, quarto e banheiro amplos e confortáveis. Melhor custo beneficio que já vi na vida, voltaria mil vezes, foi incrível!

Bom hotel, no centrinho de Santa Marta. O quarto é amplo e confortável.
O que não gostei é que há muitas muriçocas no hotel, mas não sei se teriam como fazer algo a respeito disso ou se é da região mesmo.
Stayed in the upstairs room. Very large main bedroom with small one on the side for our son. Excellent room, comfortable, stylish and spacious. Main area downstairs had a small, welcoming pool that gets the sun in the morning and a communal area for eating and relaxing. Breakfasts were tasty and staff very friendly and helpful. Very close to a variety of restaurants and bars. Had an initial issue of wrong keys being given to us but soon sorted.
Only negative was the nightly noise from the adjacent bar called Crabs which continues until late. (However, the music from there was that good that we had to go there on our last night and try it out!)

El lugar es muy tranquilo, los espacios son muy acogedores y la piscina es abierta todo el tiempo, muy amable el personal del lugar.

The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice.
The room we stayed in had no windows... none, and with poor lighting, only 2 warm light bulbs. It does not say anywhere if you will have or not windows in your room. Warm water in the shower comes and goes. TV didn't work, we put cartoons on youtube for my 5 year old. Pool didn't work during our stay, but they gave us access to the pool of another property. Mosquitos are everywhere, and other insects too.

La casa es muy bonita y confortable, mantiene la tradición colonial, respetando la arquitectura de la zona.

Il letto è piccolo ed un po' scomodo.

Lovely stay at Casa Gaitana. The staff were really helpful and accommodating and Ana made us a lovely breakfast. They let us leave our luggage for a few days which was so helpful too.
It was a little noisy at night
A localização é excelente, próxima aos restaurantes, ao mar de onde saem os passeios. A casa é linda, antiga e charmosa. O café da manhã poderia melhorar, servindo mais opções de frutas, iogurte e bolos.

Carol es un ser de luz. Desde el minuto uno nos brindó todo lo que necesitábamos y nos facilitó mucho nuestra estancia, a pesar de haber llegado antes de la hora del check in. Su desayuno es espectacular y la forma en la que trata a la gente hace que te sientas como en casa y que las instalaciones del hotel pasen a un segundo plano. Felicidades por tener personal de esa calidad humana.
