Pros:

Excelente, las instalaciones tienen de todo, snacks y café té, e incluso comida de 2 a 4 gratis. Tienen como una especie de cine al aire libre donde los asientos son coches y cosas para niños. La ubicación excelente, la habitación bastante grande para abrir maletas y eso, el personal muy bien también.

Pros:

フロントのあるフロアには、無料で利用できるキッズプレイルームや、自由に取れるお菓子コーナーがあり、子どもたちは毎日楽しんでいました。

テーブル席やカウンター席を備えた広いラウンジもあり、インスタントコーヒー、とうもろこし茶、日月潭紅茶、ピーチティーのドリンクバーを無料で利用できます。ただ、台湾のホテルなので、鉄観音や高山茶とまではいかなくても、烏龍茶が一種類あるとうれしかったです。また、インスタントコーヒーはミルクと砂糖が入ったタイプのみで、ブラックコーヒーがなかったのも少し残念でした。

お皿や割り箸、紙コップなども用意されていました。周辺にはテイクアウトできる朝食店が充実しているため、買ってきたものをラウンジでゆっくり食べられるのがとても便利でした。あとは電源もラウンジの各席の近くに用意されていて、夜にPC作業をしたりするのにも助かりました。

桃園空港からの空港線の改札から近く、到着初日に子どもを連れて移動するうえで、とても便利な立地でした。場所も分かりやすく、ホテルのショップカードに記載された住所をタクシーの運転手さんに見せれば、迷うことなく連れて行ってもらえました。

Cons:

客室清掃の対応には不満が残りました。

チェックイン時、清掃を希望する場合は専用の用紙をフロントへ提出するよう案内されたため、「滞在中は毎日清掃を希望」と記入して提出し、フロントスタッフとも口頭で内容を確認していました。

ところが、滞在2日目の午後3時ごろに部屋へ戻ると、清掃されていませんでした。フロントへ連絡したところ、「システムエラーで登録できていなかった」（⇐本当かよ？）との説明があり、その後すぐに清掃してもらえました。

翌朝、念のため電話で清掃をお願いすると、今度は「前日までに申し込んでもらわないと困る」と言われました。すでに「滞在中は毎日清掃を希望」と提出し、口頭でも確認していたことを伝え、改めて清掃をお願いしました。

このような行き違いがあったため、その後も「今日は清掃されないのではないか」と不安になり、結局、滞在中は毎朝フロントへ電話して清掃を依頼することになりました。設備や立地が良かっただけに、清掃依頼の管理とスタッフ間の情報共有は改善してほしいと感じました。
