Location close to the main bus and train station
Poor directions to the hotel. The only lift from the subway to street level was out of service due to major works, and the hotel did not seem to be aware of the issue. Basic drip coffee sachets were not provided in the room and had to be requested.
We booked a double room (20+ sqm), but it only came with a desk chair—hardly ideal for a supposedly family-friendly hotel. The payment system is also unfavourable: the hotel holds your initial payment for up to 28 days on top of the payment taken at check-in. This was not clearly explained by the staff and could have been handled better.
This is our second stay, and overall, it remains a good and family-friendly hotel. Well-located but difficult to find if you're coming from Taiyou by train. Also, be prepared to carry your luggage up 3 flights of stairs.
This hotel is like a paradise for kids. Free snacks and cartoons show on the big screen. For adults, laundry room (NT$50) and free coffee and tea area. The room is just nice for a small family. Comes with breakfast on the 37 floor and the view is spectacular. You can also see Taipei 101 while having your breakfast. The foods are a combination of both east and west. We requested takeaway on the final day of our stay and they prepared the food for us.
Some of the staff don't smile when they communicate with guests. There are also staff who don't make eye contact while talking to the guests. If you feel annoyed by such people, choose other accommodations.

Great shower room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Roomy. Easy to access by public transportation and good location for walking. Local snacks offered in the lobby were a nice touch. Hot and cold water and tea available also in the lobby. Great view.
No dresser drawers. Bed was a bit short for 5'8" husband. Shared laundry can get crowded in the evening. The time on the mirror above the sink is always wrong because the electricity cuts off when leaving the room (+1 for conservation), and it also has a bright blue display that needed to be covered at bed time.

ロケーションが台北駅前でよかった。ティータイムには無料でお茶やお菓子が食べられる。
４階のフロントのフロアにはランドリースペースがあり、洗濯もできるのが大変助かる。
クローゼットなどの収納が無い。お湯が出るのに少し時間がかかる。
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The lobby was also a place for children to have fun while the parents check in.

早餐選擇真的太少,,基本上一個盤子可以放一整個早餐區食物,,可以到北車地下街或附近早餐店更可靠
附早餐這訂房組合大可不必考慮
Fun themed lobby area was very playful and welcoming. Lots of snacks available in lobby. Room was comfortable, clean, and modern looking. Location was pretty good with shops nearby and plenty of foot traffic. It was about 7 min walk to reach Taipei Main Station. Soaps, shampoo, and conditioner provided were of decent quality. Waters available in room. Good value for facility and location.
Staff were least enthusiastic of all the hotels we stayed at on this trip (we stayed at 4 different properties). Not rude but definitely not at their top hospitality game. A simple warm greeting can go a long way for tired travelers. There was very little storage available. No closets, just a few hangers on the wall. There was not even a luggage rack in our room so everything was on the floor.
