Super design oraz lokalizacja. Bardzo przytulne lobby z kominkiem. Hotelowy sklepik też bardzo fajny. Rewelacyjna restauracja hotelowa z kuchnią azjatycką oraz świetny drink bar na 8 piętrze. Jedyny minus że na wiosnę cena noclegu jest już dużo wyższa.

Super atmosfære. Lækre faciliteter. Tæt på centrum, men stadig rolige omgivelser.
Morgenmaden var mangelfuld. Der manglede hele tiden både æg, pandekager etc. bestilte en omelet som først kom da vi var ved at gå. kaffenmaskinen var tom. Personalet var ugidelige og sløve. De blev næsten sure over at man henvendte sig til dem. Fair nok at man kan have en day off, men her gik det ud over kunderne..
La ubicación del hotel es muy buena y se puede ir a todas partes andando pero no hay muchas cafeterías/restaurantes/comercios cerca. El hotel está muy cuidado con una decoración exquisita y el personal fue muy agradable en todo momento. Por su política medioambiental no limpian las habitaciones si estás menos de cuatro noches aunque puedes pedirlo cada manana y suben sin problema.
El personal fue muy amable en todo momento, destacando los camareros del bar del octavo piso.
No hay cafetera en las habitaciones cuando en la web pone que sí la hay. El bar de la planta baja cierra sobre las 17h por lo que no hay opciones para cenar en el hotel un sandwich/burger/ensalada sino que sólo cuentan con el restaurante asiático.
Las camareras del restaurante asiático dejan mucho que desear. La cocina cierra a las 22h y nos negaron el acceso a las 21.30h; tuvo que ser el cocinero quien les dijo que aún podíamos cenar. Además, la calidad de la comida es bastante baja y el precio muy alto.
Para un hotel de 5 estrellas, es extrano no tener un servicio de bar más allá de las 17h y que todo lo que puedas tomarte en su maravilloso lobby sean cervezas en lata (de un mini bar que tienen en recepción) sin nada de picar (por su política medioambiental no pueden tener bolsas de chips, por ejemplo).
En las habitaciones no disponen de albornoces ni zapatillas y el minibar sólo cuenta con un par de latas y un brick de leche.
