Ótimos funcionários e quarto!
Pros:

Café super bom! Com bastante opções de frutas e pães! Foi feito upgrade de quarto pois quando cheguei nao tinha querto disponível na minha reserva, sem valor adicional, achei excelente a resolução do Hotel.

Bom custo-benefício
Pros:

Sempre fico nesse hotel, pois acho um ótimo custo-benefício. Ótima localização, quarto confortável, funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã muito bom (inclusive possuem opções sem gluten e sem lactose, quando solicitado)

Cons:

Dessa vez tivemos problemas com o check-in. O funcionário fez nosso check-in em um quarto e nos deu a chave de outro, quando eles perceberam o erro demoraram uns 30min para resolver e tivemos que ficar aguardando, sendo que tínhamos compromisso. Além disso, tivemos muitos problemas com os cartões de acesso ao quarto, tivemos que voltar várias vezes na recepção porque os mesmos paravam de funcionar depois de um tempo.

Falta de preocupação em resolver problemas dos visitantes .
Pros:

Gostei do segundo quarto .
Quarto bom , chuveiro bom, limpeza boa . Café da manhã bom .

Cons:

Não gostei do primeiro quarto que me colocaram . Mesmo depois de ter reservado com muito tempo de antecedência e ter feito solicitação de não me colocarem em um andar alto. E a funcionária que me atendeu nem se importou com meu problema.
Somente no dia seguinte falando com outro funcionário que iria embora que fui atendida.
