La atención del personal siempre son muy amables .

Cons:

La conexión del WiFi no funciona ni en el lobby y el sistema de las llaves dejan de funcionar cada vez que queria volver a entrar a la habitación tenía que bajar a solucionar la activación de la tarjeta

Excelente local para descansar após ida em algum evento na cidade como shows que é o meu caso.
Pros:

Tudo o que eu espero de um hotel com esse preço, eu encontro nesse hotel. Conforto, silêncio, camas e travesseiros confortáveis, ótimas toalhas e equipe de atendimento nota 10 sempre muito prestativos.

Cons:

Não faço muito uso no entanto acho que poderia melhorar as televisões. Pelo menos a do meu quarto é uma antiga onde não é possível acessar streamings como Netflix, etc.

Conforto é a melhor frase
Pros:

Limpeza, atendimento, o café é gostoso mas não maravilhoso, e a água saborizada disponível é o maior diferencial e o cafézinho tbém, fiquei com vergonha de perguntar se poderia colocar na minha garrafa a agua.

Cons:

os quartos são antigos, um pouco desgastados, a tv é muito antiga, não é smart, a conexão de internet não é estável
