Best week of my seven week vacation.
Pros:

Best hotel I stayed at in a long time. I was there for 7 nights. They received me with a whole lot of goodies. The staff were all really amazing, helpful and quite nice. When I left they offered to provide a transfer to the airport. The front desk manage came to wish me a good trip back and gave me a small gift. Very nice gesture.

Cons:

It was very clean and everyone was very nice.

Überraschend schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Ausstattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen traditionell Thai das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend und das Personal immer zur Stelle wenn es gebraucht wurde und auch sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich die Sauberkeit im ganzen Hotel war auch sehr gut. Haben bei unserer Anreise ein kostenloses Upgrade in die nächste höhere Kategorie gekriegt und noch ein Geschenkpaket

Séjour agréable mais pas inoubliable.
Pros:

L’équipe est polie et aimable. À chaque fois nous avons obtenu de très bon conseils de leur part. L’agence dans l’hôtel sait se mettre en quatre pour proposer des excursions presque à moitié prix.

Cons:

Hôtel au charme désuet qui fait penser à ces hôtels de luxes pour la diaspora dans les années 80. Ne pas aller au restaurant le soir dans un salle déserte avec un pianiste et une choriste qui se donnent du mal pour un résultat moyen. L’eau de la piscine est un peu fraîche.
