Kurztrip für ein Konzert in Graz.
Pros:

Es hat beim Frühstück eigentlich nichts gefehlt und es war sehr gut. Wir hatten zwar nur eine Übernächtigung gebucht aber das Personal war sowohl am Abend als auch am Vormittag sehr nett und kompetent. Die Haltestelle der Straßenbahn vor dem Hotel ist außerdem sehr günstig und man ist in 10 Minuten im Zentrum.
Sollten wir wieder in Graz sein werden wir wieder dieses Hotel buchen bzw. kann ich es nur weiter empfehlen.

Pros:

Snídaně byla lepší průměr, každý den chyběl citron.

Cons:

Nelíbil se nám přístup personálu, byl neprofesionální. Každý den jsme si museli vyprosit citron k čaji, což by mělo být automatické. Obsluhující pracovnice u snídaně (blond vlasy) byla nepříjemná, dělala úšklebky a měla poznámky. Poslední den byla neochotná a řekla, že citron není.
Při příjezdu jsme měli u kávovaru pouze kávu, čaj na jeden den Cukr nebyl vůbec a chyběla lžička nebo míchátko. Čekali jsme, že druhé den personál vše doplní, bohužel nedoplnili. Na recepci jsme se museli dohadovat o doplnění.
Úklid na pokoji nebyl každodenní.

Es gibt NUCHTS was einem nicht gefallen könnte. Perfektes Hotel.

Pros:

Kutyabarát hely, plusz 15€/éjszaka. Hatalmas szálloda, nagy tisztasággal, gyönyörű berendezéssel. Lakó parkok között helyezkedik el, kb 40 perc séta a belváros.
