Very nice hotel in Graz Smart City
Pros:

When I first visited Smart City out of curiosity, it was just a construction site with a tram station. Now it's a completely built new district which looks awesome, and it is also very quiet, a great place for seeking calmness. The hotel is right next to the tram stop, and the rooms are modern and clean, still have the "new" feeling. I highly appreciated the sound proofing, nothing could be heard from the inside or outside. The bed was comfortable, there was tea/coffee provided, the shower was strong enough.
The breakfast was also great, there is a big variety of cereals and seeds/dried fruits to put on top, there are also some warm items (scrambled eggs and bacon) and several cold items, plenty to choose from. Coffee was great too.
The staff was friendly, check out is just a few seconds.
A tip for train travellers: If you leave Graz Hbf station through the back exit at platform 6, you end up on the road leading to the hotel, and you can get there quickly with a nice little walk

Cons:

No real complains just a strange issue: At check in I was asked whether I would like to pay for breakfast, however I booked my stay with breakfast and it was already payed upfront. When I showed my booking, it got sorted out, and I no longer had to pay extra.

Pros:

As a frequent traveler who has stayed in more than 100 hotels, I can confidently say that this hotel deserves a solid 9/10, considering its category and what it has to offer. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness, the quality of the breakfast, and the fact that the hotel is relatively new and well maintained. My satisfaction is reflected in the fact that this was already my second stay here, and based on my experience so far, I will very likely return again.
