Charming gem of a place, clean and cosy
Pros:

A lovely gem of a place, not far to walk to the main square but far enough away from the noise. Cosy little room, bed was comfortable, good hot shower, well kept furniture and clean. Great balcony area for breakfast, the owner kindly let us eat our diner out there one day too which we were very grateful for :) perfect for our trip and wish we had stayed there for longer.

Confortável e silencioso para descansar.
Pros:

Quarto confortável e hotel silencioso; As ruas com muito fluxo de carro são afastadas e por isso achei muito tranquilo; O atendimento no Hotel foi excelente; Café da manhã muito simples, mas saciável; Serviço de quarto muito bom.

Cons:

Colchão muito fofo, há quem goste; a agua quente não funcionava em alguns momentos.

Courtoisie du personnel. Ils ont pu garder nos valises durant quelques jours pendant que nous visitions la vallé de Colca.

Très bien placé et rapport qualité prix au top
Pros:

La tranquillité de l’emplacement car rue piétonne
Le personnel super compréhensif et très gentil
Le prix est très raisonnable et la chambre spacieuse salle de bains sympa aussi
Franchement tout est bien

Cons:

Un petit bémol pour le petit dej peut être et encore pour le prix on ne peut pas demander beaucoup plus non plus

Excellent hotel in Arequipa
Pros:

The hotel is in a very convenient location in Arequipa and only a few minutes walk from some of the main attractions (less than a 5 minute walk to Mundo Alpaca). The staff were very friendly and welcoming and Reynaldo very helpfully provided recommendations for food and drink in the city. Breakfast was fresh and served on the balcony which overlooked one of the mountains. The room was a good size, incredibly clean and the wardrobe was spacious, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

No hair dryer in the room and bathroom mirror was slightly damaged.

Pros:

Buena ubicación alejado del bullicio pero igualmente muy cerca de todos los puntos turísticos.
La habitación estaba impecable y con todo lo necesario para una agradable estancia.
El hotel muy bien decorado, todos muy amables en especial Fiorella que fue muy amorosa y nos dio un trato excepcional.
Lo único malo fue no habernos quedado más tiempo!

Ótima surpresa
Pros:

Gostei muito , o hotel atendeu as minhas expectativas, é um hotel familiar, o dono Reinaldo é muito simpático, está sempre pronto a ajudar.
Fizemos tours privados ao Salar e ao Vale do Colca com ele e valeu muito a pena. Enfim adoramos; se voltar a Arequipa , Lá Casa de Irmã será novamente a nossa casa.

Hotel is erg goed. Top locatie. Vriendelijk personeel en helpen je ook graag om een activiteit te boeken naar Colca canyon.

Cons:

Communicatie ging soms een beetje stroef. Verwegen een taalbarrière. Werknemers spreken niet echt goed Engels. Communicatie gaat via translate. Let op zondag wordt gezien als rustdag. Dan is er geen personeel aanwezig. Maar het wordt wel netjes via whatsapp opgelost. Verder was het een top hotel qua prijs en kwaliteit verhouding.

Pros:

Todo muy bien, guardaron nuestro equipaje mientras nos fuimos al Colca.
De regreso tomamos un tour personalizado a salinas excelente servicio que brinda el hotel 100% recomendado, tuvimos la oportunidad de tomar hermosas fotos por los paisajes , vicuñas y alpacas que hay en el camino, nos llevaron a conocer unas aguas termales y un volcán, quedamos muy contentos con el servicio.
El personal de recepción nos consiguió un servicio de traslado al aeropuerto y nos dió una cálida despedida.

Cons:

Nada, todo muy bien. Sin duda volveríamos alojarnos aquí cuando regresemos a Arequipa.
