Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel in Angenehmer Lage, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Hotel Personal war sehr zuvorkommend was Check in / check out betrifft. Auch die gepäckaufbewahrung läuft super. Wir haben eine Tour in den colca canyon gemacht und konnten unser Gepäck dort lagern.

Wonderful host, wonderful stay, couldn’t recommend enough!
Pros:

Lovely host, who made sure you had a wonderful stay! He couldn’t do enough he really went above and beyond to welcome his guests which we really appreciated. He also had lots of good recommendations and information on where to eat nearby. The location is perfect, away from the busy centre but close enough to walk to. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Couldn’t recommend enough. Breakfast was super fresh and relaxing on the rooftop. The beds were super comfortable and the room was immaculate which was needed after lots of long days in Arequipa and day trips.

We recommend this small family hotel. It’s great!
Pros:

Lovely location walking distance to the fabulous centre of Arequipa . We loved the volcano view from rooftop dining room. The owner is a wonderful, friendly and helpful. Accomodation is comfortable and suited all our needs. Thank you.

Heel fijn hotel!

Cons:

We verbleven hier een week en er was weinig variatie bij het verder kwalitatief goede ontbijt. Het is een hotel voor vroege vogels, het poets- en keukenpersoneel start om 6.30am.

Super lage und Top Personal
Pros:

Schöne Zimmer mit tollem Innenhof. Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral, man kann überall ohne Probleme hinlaufen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben darüber unseren Colca Canyon Trip gebucht, absolut Problemlos. Da wir am gleichen Tag wieder aufbrechen und man ja sehr früh raus muss hat das Personal unsere Koffer in einen Extra Raum gebracht, wo wir es Problemlos holen konnten. Zu dem durften wir uns noch umziehen und in der Lobby uns nochmals ausruhen. Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen.

Cons:

El desayuno, muy limitado a huevo, jugos y café. No está mal que no se pueda repetir, lo que está mal que solo tenga opciones de huevos y pan con manteca y mermelada.

Pros:

Das Hotel war super, klasse Kommunikation, wir haben viele Tipps für lokale Highlights bekommen und uns nett unterhalten. Während unserer Trips in den Colca Canyon konnten wir längere Zeit unser Gepäck dort sicher aufbewahren. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Duschen sind warm. Tagsüber kann man sich kostenfrei Wasser und Tee nehmen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut, in 10min ist man in der Innenstadt.

La Casa de Irma is a good option for staying in Arequipa ;)
Pros:

The hotel is good and the beds are comfy. The breakfast was also really good!

Reynaldo, the owner, was very kind, gave us restaurant recommendations, and even told us to avoid picanterias for dinner as we could have digestion problems in our tours in the following days, because of the altitude. He also let us shower after the check-out, as we would take the bus at night.

The location was good, while far from noise from the Plaza de Armas and surroundings.

Cons:

The only thing we did not like was that they used their own USD to Soles rate, which was slightly above the regular rate, instead of charging directly in USD as other hotels we booked in Peru via Booking.com. Because of that, the overall charged valued was greater than we expected because of the double rates (USD -> soles -> BRL). Other than that, our stay was great

Hotel de 10, con un personal aún mejor
Pros:

Nos gustó muchísimo el hotel, es muy cómodo y la ubicación es muy céntrica en un barrio precioso. El personal es amabilísimo y no podemos estar más contentos con nuestra estancia. Recomendamos 100% este hotel para hospedarse en Arequipa.

Excellent stay with lovely people to help you.
Pros:

Friendliness od the owner, lovely neighbourhood, decent breakfast with view, clean.Helped us arrange airport pick up along with excellent recommendations for food.

Cons:

Room too small for 2 people with luggage.Maybe install some ventilation in the bathroom to prevent the odour after showering.
