Everything you could wish for to make the perfect getaway. 100% will return!
Pros:

The location was perfectly located within Tenby, within short walking distance from most things, including a car park. The property was clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were professional and super friendly. The atmosphere in the bar/restaurant area was great and the food was excellent.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing negative to report

Great location: Terrible location.
Pros:

Great, you’re right in the heart of Tenby Old Town. Beaches are a short walk, cafés and restaurants are close-by.
The rooms are really nice; beds and bedding are really comfortable. Room is clean, modern and well maintained.
Parking is close by and convenient - five arches parking (2 min walk) or Seafront Carpark (about 5 min east walk).

Cons:

It is really really noisy with drunken hordes parading past the front of the building … shouting, screaming, crying, and even vomiting. A thoroughly disgusting cohort of people that were impossible to ignore.
This is not a hotel. There is no room cleaning or servicing during your stay. (Not a bad thing, just not obvious when we booked)
There is a pub downstairs - live music and all 🙉

It was a great stay, we wouldn't hesitate about booking there again or recommending to friends.
Pros:

friendly staff from the moment we got there, the room was a good size with a very comfortable bed, bathroom was clean and had a great shower.
The Town Crier has a lively bar and beer garden, live music was being played on the Friday night when we where there, we had an evening meal on 2 nights of our 4 night stay, and we had breakfast every morning and the food was good value and tasted great.

Cons:

The room did not have air-conditioning although a fan was in the room, it was a warm weekend so we did have the window open which for some could be a problem if a early night is required due to the noise from the bar and beer garden.

I felt disappointed at the cost and of the room overall, felt it wasn’t value for money.
Pros:

Location was amazing, everything on your doorstep.The room was spotlessly clean.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was small for the price, definitely too expensive.
Extremely hot during the night, even with the fan on.
Balcony was enclosed, no real outlook, seating on the balcony faced a stone wall, don’t really understand why you would want to sit out there.

Great staff, clean, modern, comfy rooms.
Pros:

We loved everything about this place. The staff, check-in, the house keeper. They were all lovely. The room was spotless and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom was also spotless and modern.

Cons:

The only tiny thing was that the restaurant toilets were also accessible from the street and are right next to the hotel rooms upstairs. But we just ensured our hotel room was locked so no big deal.

Fab little gem in the centre of Tenby
Pros:

Just perfect - and above a pub added bonus. Right in the centre Amazing breakfast Out Attic style room had a fab balcony and was perfect top 3 adults Spotlessly clean

Fantastic room and location; brilliant staff
Pros:

Did not have breakfast here. Liked the free water! Loved the room and the balcony; would have been good to have a fridge. The WIFI was pretty good and stable. The bar was very fun and staff were brilliant

Cons:

I thought it was a bit expensive - but we booked quite late so not unexpected
