Cons:

Check out at 10:00am is too early and should be 11:00am. The walls are paper-thin, so any noise carries straight through. We were woken at around 2:00am by a loud group in the next room who were shouting, swearing, and causing a disturbance. A member of staff did try to deal with the situation, but the disruption went on for quite some time and we didn’t get back to sleep until after 5:00am, which ruined what had otherwise been a good stay.

Nice room but very loud pub/outside noise until 1am

Cons:

Unfortunately very loud (with pub noise and street noise) until 1am. When booking online the room details don’t say what floor/room you are getting so we didn’t realise we were booking a room right above the pub which seems to have no soundproofing.

Nice room, poor service!

The room was nice

Cons:

The curtain wire broke
They were really unhelpful about any room service with my broken leg and said if I wanted to eat downstairs the wait was too long so no food. That’s poor if you have guests staying and you won’t prioritise them - for a room that’s over £100 a night. So yes, overall I thought it was poor service. Also the location was very very noisey at night.

Really comfortable and welcoming stay.
Pros:

Perfectly located. Staff & management brilliant. Nothing too much trouble. Although we only had the breakfast, it was outstanding. The quality of the food produce was excellent and very good value for money. Rooms spotless with all the amenities you could need. Enough Tea/coffee for the whole weekend not just one cup each for a double room. Was a bit worried about noise from music artist who was located below our room. 11.00 music finished which was a reasonable time. Slept like a log all night.

Cons:

Probably the first time that I couldn't find a fault of any kind on a hotel stay.

Excellent accommodation, perfect location
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic accommomdation. Staff so friendly and helpful. Rooms were immaculate. Extremely comfy bed. Wonderful shower. Had dinner one evening and Sunday lunch. Delicious. Perfect location in centre of town, close to beach. Highly recommended!

An excellent place to stay.
Pros:

We enjoyed a lovely short break here. Our room was spotlessly clean, light, bright and spacious. Our bed was so comfortable. The staff are attentive and polite. We also enjoyed an excellent meal here. There’s parking close by and it’s very central allowing us to explore the town easily. We are planning to stay again.

Pros:

I just needed somewhere to stay I like the staff they was very nice and not rude.

Cons:

The room stunk of sewers! The room was so hot couldn’t breathe or sleep telly didn’t work neither did wifi maybe Becuse we are on the top floor I really don’t know, not recromended and I would like my money back
