Value for money but doesn’t compromise standards.
As next to main road, bit loud during evening. However nothing the property can influence
Doskonała lokalizacja, bardzo ładne wnętrze, czysty i zadbany apartament, pełne wyposażenie, dużo miejsca do przechowywania rzeczy, bardzo miły personel, bezproblemowa możliwość przechowania bagażu w dniu wyjazdu.

Appartement très propre, confortable et joliment décoré. Tout est bien pensé et il est parfaitement équipé pour cuisiner.
La literie est très confortable et le mobilier et les matériaux sont de qualité. La salle de bain est de bonne taille et équipée d'une douche et d'une baignoire.
Accueil courtois à la réception.
L'emplacement est idéal pour rayonner dans la ville à pied et le tramway est en face de l'immeuble.
Il y a de nombreux commerce de bouche à proximité de grande qualité (pâtisseries, boucherie, etc)
C'est un rapport qualité/prix imbattable et un excellent choix à Prague.
L'immeuble est situé sur une grande artère passante pas particulièrement agréable et on sent les vibrations du tramway (cela ne nous a pas dérangé car cela reste assez léger)
Notre appartement était au calme car sur cour mais il était très sombre et l'on n'apercevait pas le ciel (un mur faisait face aux fenêtres)

La amabilidad del personal. Cuando llegamos nos recibió Monica y nos acompañó incluso a la habitación y nos explicó todo lo que tenía, que en nuestro caso tenía cocina salón también y la habitación que aunque no era muy grande, la cama era de 2 metros que al ir con un niño de 3 años pudimos dormir super bien los 3. También destacar la amabilidad de Franco que además al hablar español facilita mucho más para nosotros y dispuesto siempre a explicarnos como llegar a cualquier lugar o encontrar lo que fuera.
Lo único que no hay posibilidad de comer allí o hacer desayuno al no disponer de comedor el hotel..
Location was great, very convenient. The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. The apartment was huge but very cosy at the same time. The condition of the apartment was great and generally all the appliances worked very well. The kitchen light stopped working for a day and was fixed very quickly without us having to mention about it. We enjoyed our stay in the Czech Republic and a big reason was R16 Residences!
We weren’t sure if the apartment was cleaned adequately as clumps of hair accumulated pretty quickly. However, quite understandable as it’s a pretty big apartment. The towels were sometimes changed and sometimes not, so it was kind of confusing but again, not a major problem for us as we don’t mind reusing towels for a couple of days.
Great location, well equipped apartment. Staff were so helpful an friendly.

L'appartement est très bien situé, très fonctionnel, confortable et bien décoré. L'accueil est chaleureux et attentif. Je recommande.
seul petit bémol, le samedi matin l'hotel a mis la musique à fond à 7h du matin, ça n'a pas duré longtemps mais ça a suffit à me réveiller
המקום פשוט פנינה !!! הדירות ענקיות, נקיות , המיקום מעולה וקרוב להכל, הצוות פשוט יוצא מן הכלל : אדיבים , שרותיים עוזרים בכל שאלה . פשוט ממליץ בחום רב.
