Pros:

The property was really the right choice for me. The environment and the cleanliness was top-notch. Adnan, the receiptionist, ensured al my needs were taken care of. Making it a very comfortable and memorable experience. I'll visit again soon! :)

Es war wirklich super , selten so toll gewohnt und Service bekommen ..

Adnan ist wirklich ein super Mitarbeiter der euch immer hilft wenn ihr was braucht bis tief in die Nacht rein .. selten so eine Freundlichkeit erlebt !

Praga'a bayıldık çok sevdik. R16 Residences Prague konaklama için çok güzel doğru bir seçim oldu.
Pros:

R16 Residences Prague, beklediğimizin de üstünde çok güzel bir yer çıktı. Her şeyden önemlisi çok temizdi, tarihi bir bina çok güzel bir şekilde restore edilmiş ve çok güzel döşenmişti. Çalışanlar tüm personel çok kibar ve yardım severlerdi. Odamızda çay kahve hiç eksik olmadı. İstediğimizde her defasında kahve kapsülü vermeleri çok hoşuma giden bir detay oldu.

Resepsiyonda çalışan Adnan bize çok yardımcı oldu. Adnan'a da buradan özellikle bir daha teşekkür etmek isterim.
Konumu çok merkezi ve bir çok yere yürüme mesafesinde olduğundan rahat bi şekilde şehrin görülecek tarihi yerlerini yürüyerek gezebildik. Biz standart küçük bir oda rezervasyonu yapmıştık, özellikle banyosu çok güzel ve genişti, mutfakta ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Tek kelimeyle harika bir Residences'di. Tavsiye ederim.

Cons:

Dolapta askı ve mont vs asacak yer vardı ancak belki duvarda bir yerde de askı olsa montları asmak için daha pratik olabilirdi. Bi öneri olarak yazmak istedim.

Pros:

I really loved the interior and the materials of the apartment! It has a cozy feeling, with a lot of comfort, the beds are amazing and the ability of choosing pillows is also a very nice thing to do!!
The location is very good, everything is walking distance.

The reception also very helpful and everyone was replying on WhatsApp very quickly!!

Really you've make our trip to Prague a very special experience!

Cons:

There is nothing I didn't like. The only thing I would suggest is to put an extra mirror outside the bathroom. Because for example, we where 5 women and when we wanted to get ready and someone was in the bathroom, we needed somewhere to do our makeup! 😊

Comfortable and relaxing stay in a gorgeous building in Prague.
Pros:

4th stay at R16 in past 2 years. Standards are exceptionally high. Helpful friendly staff. Can't fault anything.
Beds are huge and the pillow menu is a nice touch

Cons:

LIterally trying to find fault... we honestly love everything as always.

スタッフの人はみんなフレンドリーで親身になってくれてとても親切でした。到着時に入口を入る時はチャイムを鳴らしたらスタッフの人がすぐにドアのロック解除してくれました。立地もよいのに部屋は静かでした。部屋はきれいで快適です。素晴らしい滞在でした。

A great hotel for your Prague visit!

旅程中最舒服的一套，服务和品质都在线，地段也很不错。推荐推荐
Pros:

是看花少之后定的。前台一直是微笑服务还问我要不要伞。入住时间没到还让我们寄存了行李，有房间之后还邮件通知我们。等我们回来行李已经在房间里了，真的太贴心了。交通也很方便，从火车站直接坐车来的。下车就到。有电梯而且有两个电梯。入住后还送了隔壁餐厅的券，很贴心，还非要给我们送上去。我们四个人需要三张床，忘记提前和前台说需要沙发床，所以是我们入住后才开始调整的。服务人员很细心，很可爱。床品看到有一点点灰就马上拿了新的，还给我们多拿了一套毛巾。

没有什么不好的，都很不错。

Would certainly book again if visit Prague again.
Pros:

The room was quite cozy and equipped with everything necessary. Read the reviews beforehand and notice some visitors said it's smaller than the picture - wouldn't say so. A huge shoutout to the receptionist Marco! Super supportive and kind!

Pros:

Everything was simply excellent. From the process leading up to the arrival, to the apartment cleanliness, condition and size. What though stands out the most is the staff. I will say that only at a handful of occasions I have received such an exceptional and genuine attention to customer satisfaction. 10/10

Cons:

There is nothing that could be a dislike. A truly great experience.
