Foi péssimo! Me arrependi muito. Não indico
Cons:

Não teve vaga no lugar. Nao acharam a reserva, e eu mandei msg informando que iria chegar depois do horário do inicio do check in. Me colocaram em outro hotel, o Belcentro. O quarto estava no lado do elevador e quando era usado fazia um barulhão. Não consegui descansar. As toalhas estavam fedendo, travesseiro tava cheio de pelos. O ar condicionado não tinha controle e nao teve como ajustar a temperatura. O telefone da recepção só chamava e nao atendiam. O contrato de WhatsApp que estava na chave do quarto não era do hotel.

Le personnel est sympa et à l'écoute.

Cons:

Le matelas n'avait pas d'alèse et le drap housse était de mauvaise qualité, on se retrouvait couché a même le matelas. Et le bâtiment nécessite d'un traitement contre le petits cafards.

Chegamos lá e simplesmente não tinha quarto, não conversaram, nos deixaram esperando com uma criança pequena por 1 hora

Cons:

Meu quarto estava cheio de baratas e o ar condicionado estava quebrado, gerando um barulho horrível e impossível de descansar ou dormir. Tive que cancelar a hospedagem e ir para outro lugar, e não obtive nenhum centavo de volta. O hotel primeiro disse que não haviam quartos disponíveis para mudar, depois ofereceu outro quarto porém eu já havia decidido mudar de hotel.

Room and hotel was very poorly maintained - also no remote for AC so either freezing cold or no AC which is no good and no coat hangers.
