Good budget option
Pros:

- We stayed really warm, the heating is powerful!
- The bathroom looks new, the shower is spacious and has a glass sliding door (no yucky shower curtain)
- Comfortable bed, electric outlets close to nightstand
- Restaurants, skiing/ice skating rentals and the spot for ice skating on the frozen river are about 1km away
- Good equipment in kitchen (2 pots, 1 pan, enough cutlery and dishes, good enough kitchen knife, refrigerator, 2 burner hob, dish soap, dish sponge)

Cons:

- Don‘t arrive by public transport (Praha - Lipno nad Vlatavou - bus to Frymburk - walk 10 minutes to hotel) because the bus is approximately 4x per day according to Mapy.com and the last one is at 5pm, you really need a car.
- The spa/pool is not included in the stay!!

Surprisingly apartment was big clean and well equipped... Also kids room was well prepared for the little ones !

Cons:

If your apartment is at 5th floor located , get ready moove one more floor without the lift .. it made me a bit upset BCS traveling with two kids equals more languages which u have to move by Ur own on stairs ..

Vše bylo luxusní. Nechtělo se nám vůbec pryč. Pobyt můžeme doporučit všema deseti. Děkujeme
Pros:

Ubytování bylo super. Ve vybavení je i spoustu her pro malé i velké, hračky pro děti, super televize. Kuchyň boží, najdete i koření pokud se dáte do vaření. Boží vana, vše krásně prostorné a čisté.

Cons:

Není nic co bychom mohli vytknout.

Pokud bychom opět navštívili stejnou lokalitu, rádi toto ubytování zvolíme zase.
Pros:

Pěkný, čistý a útulný pokoj, dostatečně vybavený. Moc se mi líbilo velké množství úložného prostoru. My jsme byli jen na jednu noc, tak jsme jej tolik nevyužili, ale na delší pobyt je super. Postele pohodlné, takže se i skvěle spinkalo.

Pros:

Vše bylo super. Včetně komunikace s panem Danielem, dárkem atd. Pokoj čistý, útulný, při mrazech (-10 stupňů) krásně teplý pokoj.
Navic chodby propojené s hotelem, takze si v pohodě dojdete i do welnessu nebo resturace 😊

Moderní a velmi dobře vybavený aparmán
Pros:

Moderně a vkusně zařízený apartmán s kompletním vybavením. V apartmánu je dostatek úložných prostor a v případě hezkého počasí lze využít venkovní posezení.

Není co vytknout.

Poloha apartmánu je skvělá , kousek od Lipna - začátek ledové magistrály a stejně tak i od centra Frymburku. Vše v dosahu , v areálu parádní aquapark a saunový svět . Apartmány moderní , čisté - naprosto skvělá velká sprcha 👍.

Cons:

Možná jen placené parkoviště i pro ubytované hosty ale kousek od hotelu je parkoviště bez platné i když označené zákazem vjezdu mimo rezidentu .
