Elke dag een trouwfeest met enorm harde muziek wat de kinderen wakker hield.

Fuara gelecekler için en iyi seçeneklerden biri.Fuar alanına çok yakın.Temiz ve rahat.Personel çok ilgili.WİFİ çok zayır.Kahvaltısı Mısır usulü olduğu için turistlere çok yetersiz geliyor.Restaurant temekleri çok uygun.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean and organized. The service and politeness is great. The location is good if attending an Expo.
Breakfast should have more variety because it is very limited. The hotel layout to walking to your room is very long. The wifi keeps cutting on and off because the internet password keeps changing.
Saat 7 de bir oda verdiler, kahvaltı yapmama da ses çıkarmadılar.
Gece 3 te gittim öğlen 12 ye kadar beklememi söylediler, halbuki booking.com dan varış saatimi bildirmiştim, ayarlama yapıldı sanıyordum.
The service and politeness is great, staff really does their best to ensure you have a comfortable stay.
The room was big and great balcony
The gym whilst you had to pay extra to use (400EGP) , was actually a good quality gym
Every evening from about 9pm-12pm they played music very very loudly that was almost impossible to ignore. If you were here on holiday then it might be okay, but business was difficult.
You also couldn’t order takeaway food to the hotel which was frustrating, room service was okay.
الطاقم ذوق ولطيف ويتدارك بسرعة المواقف وخصوصا لخبطة التسجيل والحجوزات ،
مكان نوعا ما صاخب خصوصا حمام السباحة دائم النشاط والحفلات والغناء ، مناسب لمحبين اجواء الحفلات .

Malheureusement il y a une très mauvaise organisation, beaucoup de personnel pour peu de clients et malgré ça l’organisation reste mauvaise.
Très bruyant, des mariages tous les soirs qui empêchent la tranquillité jusqu’à 23h
المعامله والنضافه والمكان جميل
De uitstekende service van het personeel, het eten, de faciliteiten en de algehele sfeer. Het eten was goed, op 1 keer na.
De harde muziek, de vele bruiloften (met luide muziek) die er dagelijks gehouden werden in de avonden. Zoals gezegd was het eten goed op 1 keer na en daar is mijn vrouw ziek van geworden. Wel heeft het hotel daar adequaat op gereageerd door alle hulp te bieden die nodig was. Zo hebben ze niks gerekend voor de roomservice toen mijn vrouw even ziek was en hebben ze gelijk actie ondernomen naar het restaurant van het zwembad, waar het gerecht vermoedelijk vandaan kwam. Daarnaast kwamen ze thee brengen voor mijn vrouw en toonden ze veel interesse in hoe het ging met haar en dat was zeer prettig.

The personnel was kind and very helpful. Especially Reception Manager Ahmed, stood by me from the first minute arriving in Ramage, till the last one prior leaving to the airport. Since it was my first visit in Cairo and my needs where a lot since I had to be prepared for the food expo, the help I got was more than enough! I recommend Ramage resort without any hesitation for business trips or vacation. Thank you my friends, will miss you, till next time! 🙏🙏🙏
