4 star hotel? Might aswel take all 4 stars away.
Pros:

The spa staff was really nice. But the quality of the spa was still bad. They weren’t specialized and you could tell. The massage was basically like rubbing oil on your body.. that’s it.

Cons:

None of the staff knew anything. We asked for service and they would send us from place to place. The receptionist took forever to get us checked in and she made me pay €50,- above the set price.. she was extremely inexperienced and had no clue about anything in the hotel (taxes were supposed to be less than €30). We had to request 3x times for them to give us towels and toiletpaper. The room was disgusting. The manager kept yelling at to guests to get out of the pool whilst there were no given times on when the pool was open. They have scammers walking around the hotel grounds trying and allowing to sell to tourists. The cleaning ladies knock once and immediately come in without giving us time to respond. Food was TERRIBLE and overpriced.
