Cons:

Only 1 lift was working for the entire hotel. It made going up and down a nightmare. The room and bathroom were also unclean as I checked in, had to ask room service multiple times to get it cleaned.

Pathetic state of Affairs of the Property. Stay if you want to catch infections

I’ve stayed at ibis before and had a comfortable experience this time as well. The room was decent, clean, and well-organised, making the stay easy and relaxed. Everything felt functional and comfortable, which is what I appreciate about Ibis.

Cons:

One thing I didn’t appreciate was the billing process at the restaurant. I wanted the bill to be linked to my room and settled at checkout, which is standard practice at most hotels I’ve stayed at, including five-star properties. However, I was asked to make an upfront payment instead, and it was made into an issue, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, there was a small inconsistency in the rooms: one had a proper tissue holder while the other didn’t.

The room readiness! The bath doors were too tight to lock, TV HDMI was pulled out, The room had dust on the coffee table. When I informed about these to the front desk while checking out, his response was not a problem sir we will make a note of it. How can it be not a problem for him
