Nice close to beach
Pros:

Nice close to beach

Cons:

Had to park 2 blocks away. Price was 25$ but it was ok. All parking is paid in south miami

Facilities is ok only the stairs going up to take our heavy luggages is our main concern but we are able to take them up

Great location but see above.
Pros:

Great location to everything in regards to walkable everywhere. It was very clean.

Cons:

The unit I stayed in (in the back) was adjacent to a club so could hear the music and “feel” the bass late at night. Also this same unit’s windows was up against a building so not for the claustrophobic. Couldn’t find directions to use induction stove top. Shower was separated from rest of bathroom floor with curtain so water got everywhere.

Great communication from owners, quick response time in answering my questions
Pros:

Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and beach. Great location.

Cons:

The stairs but that’s just being picky.

Two beautiful one bedroom adjacent flats in the central location
Pros:

We loved Absolutely everything. It had all the amenities and more. They not only provided the basic necessities, but also supplied us with everything that a tourist needs (sunscreen, aftersun lotion, beach umbrellas and chairs, badminton rackets and ball and plenty of board games that we did not have time to try). Also they were extremely generous with towels and kitchen equipment plus a bottle of white wine. The communication was also very prompt.

Cons:

The property was very centrally located and very close to the South beach right in the middle of the Art Deco district on the intersection of Collins Av and 6th street. On the same street there were two fantastic eateries (Cuban and Mexican). The only downside which the property can help with is the congratulation of homeless people on the street next to the property. I would have given the property 5 out of 5 starts for value for money except while I was in Miami I discovered that some of the 4* hotels near by offered better rates for out dates in August.

My Bachelorette trip, We enjoyed the stay, surprisingly very pleasant clean condo and location!
Pros:

Kimberly and her husband were really nice. Very welcoming to me and my friends. It was a group of 5 that stayed in the condo and everyone slept comfortably, it was my bachelorette trip and the sofa bed actually was very comfortable. It was very clean. The location is walking distance of everything and convenient to a 24hour store. the beach is 2 streets over on ocean drive and 1 street over from stores. Enjoyed every minute. First Miami trip was AMAZING! Thanks Kimberly ❤️

Cons:

Only suggestion, I would make the front door more secure with more then the key code and bottom latch that wasn’t working for the time. Possibly a peep hole and a latch to provide extra secureness. Inside Washer other girls stayed had black stuff in it. But other then that those things can be corrected! The stay was very nice. I know where to stay when coming back to Miami for sure….
