A really great accommodation if you're comfortable finding your way there out of the central city.
Pros:

The location wasn't central, but if there were better instructions for how to get there by transit, it would be fine (from downtown, catch a collectivo to the #2 bus, which passes right by the front gate). The pool was lovely, the place was more than sufficient for the price, the rooftop patio was underrated - very nice. There were great street vendors nearby.

Cons:

The address was not clear to a local taxi driver - maybe because it's in a gated community? Communication in advance would have been appreciated as we were already in transit.

Secure but very unclean
Pros:

Spacious, good internet, secure area

Cons:

Very dirty apartment. Shower room was very dirty and our company preferred to take shower in the next reservation. Bedsheets were very unclean in both rooms and we had to sleep with our clothes on. Also not easy to get in.
