Mình ở 1 đêm , trải nghiệm khá tốt, phòng ốc sạch, đẹp, anh chủ phòng tên Tr... Rất nhiệt tình, đáng để trải nghiệm.

Fraud and BLATANT LIAR

Update after the Property response:
At 11:12, this property was still listed as available on Booking.com as following in the advertised check-in window from 2pm to 12AM.
If this unit was not available from 11 pm, it should not have been bookable after 11 pm or the moment it was not available

The claim that I didn't show up before 11 pm is dishonest, as the owners know I booked after 11 pm
It is clearly written in the information provided by the owner that the check-in is from 2 PM to 12 PM, so there would still be 48mn for me after the booking and to show up and take the room.
BUT I got the message that it was fully booked and unavailable exactly 4 minutes after I got the booking confirmation.

This property was fraudulently listed as available, allowing you to book only for them to announce it was unavailable at the last minute. This left me unable to find any alternative solution during the Quốc Khánh holiday. I hope Booking.com investigates this soon; meanwhile, I'll let karma handle the rest.

Good location, but the noise, cleanliness, and overall experience were below expectations.
Pros:

The apartment is centrally located, which makes it convenient to get around the city.

Cons:

Right next to the building, there is ongoing construction, which is extremely noisy. The cleanliness was disappointing — the floor was quite dirty. The bathroom sink is unusually high and not very practical for average Vietnamese users. The amenities are very basic and nothing stands out. The refrigerator had a very strong durian smell, which was quite unpleasant.

Pros:

We booked a room that exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. We were truly impressed by the spacious layout, full amenities, and the sea-view balcony. The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. I will definitely choose to stay here again when I return to Quy Nhon.

Проживание удобное, лифты безукоризненные, уборка в коридорах хорошая.
Pros:

Хорошее расположение номера. За счёт того, что окна на на улицу, было тихо, и уличные шумы не мешали отдыху.

Cons:

Понравилось всё!👍большой светлый номер! Лишь один недостаток, маленький диванчик нужно поменять на новый. Сидеть на нем, не возможно! Матрас не защищает от металлической арматуры, очень болезненно. Сидишь как на голом железе.
