Different experience in city like Bangalore.
Pros:

We have not opt for breakfast. Need more improvement.

Cons:

Skill staff is required. Communication should be better. Proper response to the customers. Customer satisfaction is important in hotel chain.Housekeeping should be better.Toilets are chocked. Proper care should be taken .

Location was good because it was in a peaceful spot. I liked the stickers you put in various places like in front of the shower, mirror, on the handwash bottle etc.

Very clean room and bathroom!

Also, many handwash liquids are not suitable for my hand probably because of skin type but your handwash was suitable! Thank you for that!

Cons:

Room was too small. Not adequate water! After paying soo much you just gave 500 ml of complementary water per person for the whole 24 hours which is too less. And for extra water you asked for more than the MRP so I had to go out and and find out where water is (it was night) get from a cigarette shop where they were smoking so it was very uncomfortable.
