Tolle Lage zu den Pyramiden aber schlechter Service und sehr laut
Pros:

Die Lage zu den Pyramiden und zum Mena House Hotel - wir gingen immer dort essen.

Cons:

Frühstück war wirklich schlecht und Service noch schlechter. Die Lage ist sehr laut, da die Zimmer nicht isoliert sind.

A great place overall to stay near the pyramids in Giza.
Pros:

The views of the Pyramids and proximity to the Grand Egyptian Museum was awesome. The rooms were comfy and reception staff welcoming.

Cons:

The restaurant manager, an older man in a white shirt,was very abrupt, basically forcing us to have the buffet option when we wanted to order from the broader menu. He was very pushy. The rest of the bar and restaurant staff were excellent.

I guess the location is quite close to the pyramids

Cons:

Way too expensive for the services being offered.
Room wasn’t ready when we came to check in at 4PM.
WiFi doesn’t work.

Waking up and having breakfast with a view of the pyramids, great location when visiting Giza and the GEM museum
Pros:

Breakfast with a view of the pyramids was very epic. The room was also very spacious and comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast was decent but not amazing
When we arrived the room had a bit of water leaking from the shower that needed fixing

The hotel is the best by far in this area for the price that you pay.

The view of the pyramids is the CLOSEST you can get, even closer than the huge hotel across the road which charges ten times the price per room. So for this reason alone, ask for the pyramid view and book without hesitation.

The main night staff was exceptional, from the arrival to the last night, he was impeccable with his service, his mannerisms and his personality.

The other staff were also very welcoming and kind and outstanding in their service, but he got my attention from the very beginning due to his diligence and care of all of my affairs while staying here at the hotel.

The food from the restaurant is some of the best I have eaten in Egypt. The breakfast is quite normal, but for me, I am a simple.eater anyway, and for the price you pay for the rooms, and service, you are already at an advantage...

The cleaning service is well done, and especially the cleaners I had on the 2nd floor. Their compassion for your comfort is unbelievably selfless, and while staying they made sure I both had privacy when sleeping in and a through clean of the room when I was out for the day.

Would I stay here again. Absolutely. It's a nice contrast to downtown Cairo and you get to feel the true Egyptian spirit of the surroundings.

Prettig met wat verbeterpunten
Pros:

Goede ligging, vlak bij de pyramides
Efficiënte kamer met praktische indeling slapen/toilet/douche/wastafel

Cons:

De schuifdeur naar het balkon ging niet op slot (3 x gemeld en ja knikken maar geen oplossing bieden).
Bijna geen engelssprekend personeel.
Restaurant 1 etage hoger en continue geluidsoverlast van het geschuif met stoelen.
Ontbijt van slechte kwaliteit en half uur eerder al opgeruimd

Pros:

The hotel is very beautiful and its location is excellent, where you can see the Pyramids directly in front of the hotel just 700 meters away. There is also a bank nearby for currency exchange within walking distance. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking.
​The hotel is extremely clean and all the staff are exceptionally friendly.
​If I have the opportunity to visit Egypt again, I will definitely stay here without hesitation.
