Manque de vaisselle, 1 mug pour 4, cafetière sans verseuse, pas de torchons pour la vaisselle ni d’éponge….clim bruyante et voisins bruyants

ho dato un punteggio basso in quanto, nonostante avessi segnalato piu volte ed in tempo reale alla struttura che saremmo arrivati in ritardo a causa del volo aereo per maltempo, non abbiamo avuto alcun supporto nel momento in cui siamo arrivati. l'host non ci aveva inviato il PIN di accesso all'appartamento ma soltanto quello del portone d'ingresso. siamo rimasti fuori dall'appartamento fino all'alba ( 2 adulti e 3 bambini) fino al momento in cui ci hanno risposto. ho chiesto che mi venisse tolta la notte non goduta ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta in merito. Avevo richiesto supporto anche a all'assistenza di booking senza successo

AC was working not so well

Het appartement had geen balkon terwijl dit wel in de beschrijving stond. Zo kan je je natte kleding niet even te drogen hangen op het balkon. Omdat je in het appartement constant de airco aan hebt om de hitte buiten te houden kan je de badkleding en handdoeken ook niet binnen drogen.

No precommunication until I was already there and I got a very awkward and strange message followed by a phone call whilst I went out for a walk and dinner indicating there was an electricity problem and needed to move to an apartment in a different location. To my surprise when I returned to the apartment there was no issue, although bed sheets with stains, food in the fridge/freezer from previous guest (very old and noisy fridge and AC), even condons and a broken hairdryer were all found whilst looking for the TV remote, which was missing, even if I reported it several times since that first call and got reassure they will drop one shortly for me, on sunday when I left was still not delivered .

The room is neglected, dirty towels with stains. Window that didn't close and we could barely sleep with daylight early in the morning

Air condition needs to be clean

Bathroom slide door had 1 side in mater bedroom,we didn’t use it during staying in here. We use only 1 bathroom and it’s not comfortable for a group . The mattress is too soft and it’s hard for sleeping . The upstairs guests walked and stepped very heavily. It’s made us in apt#2 downstairs couldn’t sleep at night until morning. The ceiling and wall had cracks. This apartment should upgrade or renovate it. And parking fee $25/night is higher than they said it before $20 per night. They don’t said upfront $20 plus tax. How can parking fee has tax on it ? This is ridiculous . But we still paid $75 for 3 nights by Cash. We still put Tips for housekeeper before we left. Even though, they never come to clean or change cover bed sheets. We are not happy during staying vacation in this facility. This is the first time, we are not happy with this booking.
