They turnt heat on and it was hot outside
It was a very clean apartment. The kitchen was very well stocked with supplies. The staff was very polite. I had an issue and contacted them via message. The person that helped me was very understanding and super nice. The rooms are well stocked good quality blankets towels etc. The neighborhood was fairly good. The people I saw and crossed paths with were always polite. The jewel osco store was only about a ten minute walk, but there's also a bus stop right around the corner and it goes straight to the store. They have a good size living room and it was a cozy place to read and relax. There's a washer and dryer and they are free to use. I was just really impressed on how the staff were all excellent and very nice. Over all this place was a very comfortable place to stay
That there's no TV's at all. Other than that there's nothing that I didn't like.

Cannot beat the price for the area. Very secured location. Was a very short distance from the downtown venue I was working.
The microwave did not work. The rooms did not have TVs. The walls were paper thin. If you stay on 2 you will hear college girls above you laughing until 4am.

Unfortunately, I did not have a pleasant experience at this place. On the day I arrived, there weren’t even basic necessities like toilet paper in the bathroom until the following day. The first night was extremely noisy — my room was next to the washer and dryer, and the sound of people using the machines didn’t stop until 3 a.m. This was especially unfortunate since I was visiting the city for work, and it left me with very little energy the next day. One of the towels had a strange smell, and the final surprise came in the morning when, while carefully checking that I hadn’t forgotten anything, I noticed a fake nail lying next to the bed — a clear sign that the room had not been properly cleaned. I ended up leaving earlier than planned because I did not feel comfortable.
The code to enter the building didnt work. We called the stuff and didnt get any reply .
The code works randomly. Stuff doesnt reply to phone calls.
The location and the pricing for this location were amazing. I went to the University of Chicago for a conference, and it was a pretty short walk from the campus to the place. Also, it is really easy to reach this place if you fly through Midway Airport.
The main issue I had was with the cleanliness of the towels they provided. I would recommend that people carry their own towels with them if they plan to stay here. Also, make sure to get your hair dryers, shampoos, and all those kinds of things because they were not provided.
Close enough to UChicago to walk.
There were no towels provided in the room, no toilet paper, no soap, and no tv. We tried calling but no one answered the call at the number provided in the rental agreement. Room a/c set to 72° and not allowed to be changed. Had to open windows to cool the room off. Not sure what you would do in hot time of year. Parking was only on the street if available, not reserved for people who rent a room.

even though it was far from the city, there was a quick access to every metro! It also was very comfortable, clean, and complete in terms of kitchen. No problems with the bathroom nor stove!
