The main issue I had was with the cleanliness of the towels they provided. I would recommend that people carry their own towels with them if they plan to stay here. Also, make sure to get your hair dryers, shampoos, and all those kinds of things because they were not provided.

There were no towels provided in the room, no toilet paper, no soap, and no tv. We tried calling but no one answered the call at the number provided in the rental agreement. Room a/c set to 72° and not allowed to be changed. Had to open windows to cool the room off. Not sure what you would do in hot time of year. Parking was only on the street if available, not reserved for people who rent a room.

The only drawback was no smoking lol....it's tough going outside in the cold to smoke lol but other than that me and my partner enjoyed our stay.

The rest of the apartment was dirty. The showers and kitchen area both need a deep steam clean. We wore sandals in the shower room to avoid the possible infections from the dirty tiles and walls in that room. Also the other bathroom was filthy and the bath particularly so.
There was no-one to speak to about the dirtiness of the apartment and when a cleaner came in the next morning, he couldn't speak English very well and only came to change the sheets in the next room.
I do not know if my initial complaint was received, as there has been NO reply but when I sent a complaint to the owners through the link in Booking,com, and cc'd Booking.com with our list of complaints, two cleaners came the next morning. Although they did a 'surface' clean, I had to keep pointing to items eg the microwave which was covered in grease. This was not just one cooking session's worth of grease, but weeks of non-cleaning. They completely missed cleaning the inside of the microwave! None of the dirty crockery in the sink were cleaned by the cleaners, but perhaps that is something that should be pointed out to any potential renters? Suffice to say that we did not use anything in that kitchen!
I asked if anyone was going to change the sheets in our room, but there was no understanding. So I purchased washing machine powder and did my own sheets and towels, again, something that was not expected by us when making this booking.
Another couple came to stay in Room4, but they found the room EXACTLY as the previous French couple left it, ie with dirty sheets, unmade bed and dirty towels. So NO ONE came to change /wash the sheets before they arrived, that is disgraceful behaviour by the owners of this property.
A girl staying in Room 6 had no lighting, the switch did not work.
Also the area was quite noisy with regular shouting and arguments from a block over the road and one night, there were shootings, with police sirens etc.

The shared kitchen is always a problem as some people do not wash their dishes.

The house was not at all as per the photos, and the facilities that was part of the booking was not there for example; in my booking it says I will have a private kitchen, that is not true. There were other facilities that mentioned included and it was not. I have paid a high amount to get those facilities, otherwise I would have booked a room in a hotel and it would have be much cheaper and have someone would clean daily in addition to hotel facilities.
