Comfortable rooms, convenient to restaurants, pool, and beaches, but onsite logistics could use help
Pros:

Very comfortable rooms, great pool and pool area (although the pool was very cold!), convenient access to on-site restaurants and Starbucks, and strong access to local beaches (albeit not right on the beach). The free-to-use beach/pool towels were really wonderful, too.

Cons:

Prior to the trip, Booking.com confirmed that adjacent rooms were available and would be fulfilled by the hotel, but the hotel did not put us in adjacent rooms. We were traveling with children, which made that circumstance much harder. It's unclear if the comms issue was with Booking.com or with the hotel, though. Otherwise, the check-in line was very long (perhaps 20 minutes of waiting to check in), the reception clerks were professional but not particularly friendly, and the on-site food was on the less-appetizing side compared to comparable hotel experiences I've had in Hawaii.

Overall great value, money well spent
Pros:

Location, friendly & diligent staff, great facilities - gym, pool, cafe, coffee shop, bar & lounge area, and the interactive lobby activities .

Cons:

Balcony door did not open. Pool closes at 7pm. Food at the Signature Restaurant wasn’t up to par with it being advertised as an upper tier restaurant.

Hotel is a few minutes walk to the Ala Moana Shopping Center and a good walking distance to the heart of Waikīkī.I stayed in the hotel a few times and the amenities,Starbucks to name a few are convenient.

Cons:

We stay everyv3 months or more and there is minimal handicapped parking!!!! We stay 4 or 5 nights and can never get handicapped parking!
We had to pay extra to valet!!! I feel it’s necessary for hotel to include valet if handicapped is full. Also parking attendant was NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.!!!

Shame in manager Shenaya. She was useless, never called back to try to accommodate for the error, was rude and impatient. Her front desk staff were way more polite and professional. They should be managing instead.
