Great stay at Ala Moana. No complaints from me
Pros:

Rooms were great, very close to Ala Moana Shopping Centre. There was a pink bus line that could take you through to Waikiki for $6 outside of Ala Moana. Can't really say its a beach view, still a nice view from the 15th floor. Staff were friendly :)

Our stay at Ala Moana was pleasant.
Pros:

It was nice, clean. The AC worked well. The employees were nice, helpful when we interacted. The microwave was a plus and the refrigerator was a decent size. Valet was right on it.

Cons:

The bathroom was small and the tub sides were too tall. The TV didn't stream.

No complaints. We asked for a second pillow and we got it. Valet parking was very convenient.
Pros:

This hotel is next to Ala Moana shopping center which is why we chose this. If you're looking for the heart of Waikiki, this is not the place. Walking distance to Waikiki and shopping and restaurants.

Cons:

A little dated, maybe a quick refresh if you're picky

I felt it was overwhelming
Pros:

Clean and close to Ala Moana mall

Cons:

Rooms were small. Taking the elevator took 10min’s just to get on. We got parking tickets when we were told to park in the oversized area, but was not told it’s a different company that runs that part of the parking lot, even though the specific number of the lot was told for us to park. We did dispute it. It felt the hotel over booked and could not accommodate the number of guests.
