The staff were exceptional - we so appreciated being able to enter the room on our trip from New Zealand and the room being available straight away for my Mother. She was able to rest before we had our appointment - just exceptional :)
Just one thing - there wasn't a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea for my elderly Mother (maybe I was meant to heat the water up in the microwave) and some long life milk would be nicer than the milk powder otherwise everything was great.
Everything was great. Mall was right there, tlbeach was close by staff was friendly and nice.
Parking wasn't the greatest
Breakfast - prepaid and had to wait 30 minutes for a table with half the restaurant with empty tables.
I liked how the place have Starbucks, a good restaurant at the roof top, Great employees, good location and good atmosphere
Washer and dryer, washer was fine but the dryer it said it accepts coins but upon further inspection it did not accept coins only card. The roof top restaurant didn’t have steak by the time we were there which was unfortunate. I hope breakfast was a little bit earlier than usual.

The location of the hotel is very convenient
When we entered the hotel room this time, it wasn't as expected. I booked a partial ocean-view room, but it had more of a parking view. Therefore, I had to pay an additional $50 each night to upgrade and change rooms. And the room seemed full of moisture. Not sure if it was right after the storm, but the room was very musty.
For the Bellman service, the attendant was not customer-friendly.
Friendly staff all smiling, quick check in, convenient location. Clean property, lots of aloha.
