Lovely hotel good location
Pros:

Hotel was near Metro and beautiful palace/park. Walkable to central attractions or team nearby too.

Cons:

Hotel sent email saying they could help us book attractions etc. First day very helpful young lady booked tickets for us to visit Sissi Museum and even printed them off, saved us having to join long queue at site. Next day young man couldn't really be bothered and told us we could buy when we got to Schonbrun, was a bit disappointing

Sehr freundliches,bemühtes personal und das Zimmer war ok.
Pros:

Freundlichkeit, Zimmergröße und reichhaltiges Frühstück

Cons:

Lediglich das Bedienpanel der Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat in der Nacht leicht gesurrt und war relativ hell beleuchtet.

Value for money: Comfort, accessibility, friendly staff.
Pros:

Perfect location for first time travellers to Vienna. It is a short +/- 15min walk away from the Wien Hauptbhnhof and is in walking distance of most landmarks and popular attractions.

The hotel itself is well managed, with friendly and efficient staff available to assist - even at the early hours of the morning when we need to check out far earlier then the normal time (Thank you).

The room has ample amount of space, clean bathrooms, perfect air conditioning. I loved the hotels approach to be eco-friendly + was achieved without the cost of missing out on comfort.

Sorry, I cannot comment of how their catering is as we decide to always eat at the Christmas markets and other places.

Note: We were lucky to have our accommodation discounted (promotion). Regardless, the hassle/stress free experience and close proximity, guarantees my future accommodations with this hotel.

Cons:

The room though lacking a view was not a deal breaker since we were out most of the day. The room walls are a little thin but not enough to be irritating more like a soft muffled noise.

Be careful when walking form the train station, as map/google maps may direct you the hotels secondary entrance not the main one. Just walk to the main road ahead to see the main entrance - if you decided to walk through Belvedere and Botanical gardens.

Cons:

Der Fitnessraum ist mE dürftig ausgestattet. Neben 4 Cardiogeräten steht nur ein weiteres Gerät für Krafttraining zur Verfügung. Bei meinem Aufenthalt waren am Morgen alle Geräte belegt.
Im Zimmer lief die ganze Zeit eine Lüftung, die ich nicht ausschalten konnte, sodass ich mit Ohropax geschlafen habe.

too much for what it was
Cons:

The radiator was working full heat, making terrible noise, and it was not possible to turn it down. On the other side, the air conditionning was trying to cool down, making even more noise. The gym was ridiculous.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in ruhigem Hotel in gut erreichbarer Lage.

Die großen , komfortabel ausgestatteten und ruhigen Zimmer und die Freundlichkeit des Personals .

Cons:

Dass in der Minibar im Zimmer nicht einmal Mineralwasser vorhanden war.

We enjoyed the hotel very much.
Pros:

The location is great. Many of Vienna’s sights are within walking distance. There are many places to eat and stores to go to. The staff is friendly, helpful and always ready to serve.

Cons:

The sofa in the room, only place to sit. Is very firm almost hard.
