Tesisin konumu çok güzeldi. Tramvay tam önünde duruyor. Ayrıca havalimanından gelirken ve giderken kullanılan s7 hattı da 100mt yakınından geçiyor. Belvedere sarayı ve bahçesi hemen arkasında. Merkezi yerlere yürüyerek de gidebilirsiniz. Odamızda teras vardı. O da çok güzel bir detay oldu. Personel gayet güler yüzlü. İsteklerinizi yerine getirmeye çalışıyorlar. A luxurious stay and wonderful staff!
Pros:

We arrived towards midnight (on my birthday) from an evening flight. The reception staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Either they noticed my date of birth, or the system flagged it up, and they gave us vouchers for free birthday drinks! The reception staff were also ultra-helpful when we left our luggage for a few hours the next morning. The room was spacious, luxurious, quiet (apart from the air conditioning) and very comfortable.

Cons:

The air conditioning in the room was rather loud, but it was easy to switch it off for a peaceful night’s sleep.

A very successful stay at the hotel. Large rooms and bathrooms. Everything was very clean. The staff were very helpful, especially Mr. Krzysztof, who even fixed my glasses :) It was quiet even though the hotel was very busy.
