Lovely big clean rooms with comfy beds. Plenty of storage and a lovely big bath. The location was great for me as I had a show to go to at the Globe Wien which was 10 minutes on the tram. Tea & coffee facility, fridge, air con and lovely toiletries. Great transport links not far from the hotel.
No fresh milk but the bar would provide a small glass when requested.

Ottimo Hotel con stanza davvero grande e spaziosa, comoda e fornita. La posizione è perfetta per il collegamento diretto all'aeroporto e la vicinanza con una sola fermata alla stazione di interscambio per tutte le linee. Inoltre nella zona ci sono ristoranti e supermercati.
Staff sempre gentile e disponibile alle richieste, hanno risolto efficacemente un rumore di ronzio elettrico in stanza. Consiglio il soggiorno in struttura.
L'acqua erogata dalla doccia non aveva una temperatura costante, ma non è stato un problema.

فندق ممتاز ونظيف الغرف واسعة ومريحة وراقي تعامل رائع من الموظفين يوجد في الاستقبال موظفة عربية ممتازه في التعامل .. قريب من الفندق سوبر ماركت ليدل ودي ام الافطار كان محدود نوع ما لكن جيد يوجد شيف لعمل البيض جزاها الله خير كانت من الجنسية السودانية شافتنا عرب قالت عن الاصناف الي تحتوي على زيت الخنزير وعملت لنا اومليت خاص للمسلمين اشكرها على هالتعامل والتنبيه ..

I have been staying at this hotel in the last 10 years almost every month. Everytime it exceeds my expectation. Very clean, large rooms, comfortable beds and very friendly, helpful staf. Close to Belvedere Palace, a must for Klimt’s fans. Good breakfast, best garage for big cars

Spacious room and good location, very close to lower Belvedere.
Some room design can be slightly awkward such as the door to the shower, etc. But it's very minor and this is still a great hotel.

كل سنه احجز في نفس المكان واتعامل مع نفس الموظفه هنديه الجنسيه هالمره قالت انتي حجزتي غرفتين لشخص واحد اول مره اعرف ان شخص واحد لغرفتين وعطتني مبلغ خيالي وقالت كنسلي من بوكينج واضطريت الغي الحجز واحجز ثلاث غرف عن طريق بوكينج وحتى ثلاث غرف كانت ارخص من سعرها اللي عطتني لغرفه مع العلم اونلاين موقعهم ارخص بكثير ماعرف ليش عطتني هالسعر الخيالي
