Bel soggiorno a Berna.
Pros:

Appartamento moderno, nuovo e molto confortevole. Letti e cuscini comodi, cucina attrezzata, tantissime prese di corrente, set di cortesia in bagno e plastic free.
Posizione in zona tranquilla , con fermata a 50 mt dalla struttura e con  la linea 10, ogni 3/5min puoi raggiungere il centro città in massimo 10min. e con il Berna Welcome ticket inviatoci dallo staff i mezzi di trasporti sono gratuiti per tutto il periodo del pernottamento.
Ottima comunicazione con lo staff, prima durante e alla fine del soggiorno, anche per il
Check in ed il Check  con  assistenza continua e per ulteriore sicurezza per garantire l'accesso all'appartamento ci hanno fornito la doppia possibilità di avere la chiave digitale con il Check in on line o la chiave fisica inserita in una cassetta di sicurezza dedicata. Molto professionali e gentili. All'arrivo in stanza ci hanno fatto trovare due bottiglie di acqua , cialde di caffè e thè. Una piccola attenzione che fa piacere, anche se sarebbe stato perfetto averli  riforniti anche per il secondo giorno.. Non c'è cambio degli asciugamani, ma abbiamo soggiornato solo due notti . Abbiamo deciso di noleggiare una macchina per spostarci da Berna in altre città della Svizzera  e non abbiamo avuto problemi a trovare il parcheggio nei pressi dell"hotel, tra l'altro gratuito nelle ore notturne. Molto soddisfatti,

Un week-end à Berne
Pros:

Le studio était propre et les équipements étaient complet
La machine a café suoer !

Cons:

Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas d'informations sur l'ouverture du bar restaurant pour prendre le petit déjeuner etc ce n'était pas pratique
Il y avait un rooftop aussi non mentionné dans votre description dommage (je en sais pas s'il était ouvert )

Pros:

Struttura bellissima, nuova di pacca con un sacco di servizi.
Le camere/appartamenti sono molto confortevoli e puliti.
Nella notte al rientro dal concerto ci siamo fatti una bella spaghettata all'italiana (aglio, olio e peperoncino) sfruttando la cucina all'interno dell'appartamento trovando ogni utensile a nostra disposizione.
Non abbiamo provato il ristorante all'interno della struttura ma ci siamo concessi una birra al bancone e siamo stati serviti bene da persone educate e professionali.
