My room was amazing! The staff was extraordinary and I would return for the turndown service alone. They left a treat each night. One night was the best cookie I have ever had in my life. I am not exaggerating.

Posizione eccezionale. Struttura elegante, pulita ed ordinata.

Cons:

La camera assegnataci affacciava direttamente sul cortile centrale, un’area comune frequentata dagli ospiti per gran parte della giornata e fino a tarda sera. Di conseguenza, siamo stati costretti a mantenere le tapparelle chiuse per tutto il soggiorno per tutelare la nostra privacy. Inoltre, la possibilità di aprire le finestre era spesso limitata dalla presenza di persone che fumavano nel cortile. Nonostante avessimo segnalato il disagio alla direzione dell’hotel, non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna attenzione né riscontro concreto.

The noisy room spoilt things.
Pros:

The Conciege Wim is outstanding and has an exceptional ability to understand his guests needs.
The Breakfast was excellent!

Cons:

My room overlooked the courtyard which was very noisy . I had requested a quiet room. My shower drain was blocked when I first used the shower. The downlighters flickered constantly. The Towel rack was hopeless. Some of the staff were GREAT and others had attitude … so inconsistency of service proposition.

A lovely boutique hotel. A special place.
Pros:

From the moment you walk in you are made to feel welcome. The bedroom was very comfortable and had everything for a very comfortable stay. Nothing was too much for the staff. Bar area was cosy and a lovely place to sit after a day/evening out. Superb range of drinks. One of the best breakfasts.
