We had a very nice stay as we always do.
Pros:

Basically everything was of a good quality, bar is very nice and breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

Cant say we didnt like anything, we had a very nice stay as we have had everytime we visit.

Wonderful experience and excellent service.
Pros:

Everything was exceptional the bar and restaurant were very atmospheric and the food was lovely.The rooms were very clean and had complimentary coffee and tea upon arrival.The staff were all very friendly also and very accommodating.

Everything was perfect there’s nothing That needs to be improved .

The restaurant was very good we had our evening meal and breakfast there. Both superb and good value for money.

Staff were great

Cons:

Room was tatty and not the size bed we paid for but they said nothing they could do about it as the hotel was full

They recognised what we said and said the refurbishment was starting in November

Pros:

The hotel is under refurb but still comfortable. The bar area is beautiful and very relaxing. We had a child with us and felt very welcomed

Cons:

Breakfast - coffee wasnt nice, limited hot food
Bed - extremely hard and pillows were lumpy
However, I would stay again

Pros:

We had a pleasant stay the meal was lovely and the service was very good. They are in the middle of renovation which will enhance the bedrooms and the hotel
