Perfect stay, pleasant staff, so accommodating, delicious food, I couldn’t fault it.
Pros:

Beautiful clean hotel, food was lovely, the staff were all really pleasant and friendly,

Cons:

So clean, my sons reaction was “this is a very fancy hotel mammy” (he’s 8) 🤣

Gute Location um Londonderry zu erkunden.
Pros:

Die Nähe zur Innenstadt war fussläufig gut.
Frühstück war ok.
Die Bar im Hotel für einen abendlichen Umtrunk mit Freunden war super.

Pros:

Lovely hotel, very clean & comfortable. All staff in hotel very helpful and friendly. Lots of choice for breakfast and good dinner menu, food was very nice. Good location and close to water side for lovely walk along the river.

Very welcoming staff and beautiful decor.

Cons:

Poor choice of veggi food for my son who joined us for a meal. On querying this was told some starters were veggi!
No Guinness Zero in the bar.
The Xpelair fan in the bathroom (room 106) wouldn't stop, and interfered with our sleeping. I mentioned this at reception and received an apology; I would have expected a discount.

Hôtel complet et moderne, on a adoré ✨️
Pros:

Un très bel hôtel moderne et rénové placé non loin du centre, accessible avec une promenade le long d'un fleuve.
Tout est sur place : restaurant, bar, café, et des commerces juste au dessus ou tout près. Un parking gratuit assez grand.
Très belle chambre, spacieuse pour 3 personnes, bien décorée et confortable, on a vraiment créer notre petit cocon pendant 5 jours.
L'hôtel est bien placé pour rejoindre les routes principales des lieux touristiques notamment la Causeway Coastal Road.
L'équipe était très gentille et à l'écoute.
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter en cas de voyage à Londonderry ou en Irlande du Nord, les villes étant rapprochées.

Cons:

Le petit dejeuner était bon et complet en choix salé mais gagnerait à être plus varié notamment avec des propositions de fruits secs et autres.
La chambre était propre à notre arrivée mais il faudrait des petits coups de balais pendant le séjour, pour enlever des petites mottes de poussière, ce qui n'a pas été fait.

I liked everything but only constructive criticism is you need to remove the casters or wheels from the bed as it kept moving around when getting in or out etc

Pros:

Restau sympa avec musique et ambiance pub

Cons:

A l'arrivée on nous a attribué une chambre à l'arrière de l'hotel, en RDC avec vue sur plein de poubelles au niveau de notre fenêtre.
Nous avions réservé plus de 6 mois avant et l'hotel n'était pas plein, donc nous ne comprenons pas pourquoi.
Heureusement, après réclamation, nous avons eu une chambre en 2ème étage vue sur le devant, même si c'est sur le parking, cela était beaucoup mieux.

Pros:

Stayed in this hotel a few years back so we decided to take our grandkids away for the night as we heard that the hotel got refurbished, when we checked in the staff give our grandkids colouring books and pencils,the reception looks really good and once we got our key for the room we were really happy with it 2 double beds tea and coffee and a fantastic walk in shower will definitely be back

Girls weekend
Pros:

The staff were really helpful and the hotel was lovely. Food excellent except for the gluten free options they were poor, on the first morning for breakfast there was no gluten free bread. When brought to the attention of reception staff bread was available the next morning. This is the only thing that could be improved on.

Cons:

As above the gluten free options. No green tea in rooms.
