Pros:

Die Lage ist toll. Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit tollen Restaurants und Bars. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles ist sauber.

Confortável, bem localizada e bem equipada.
Pros:

Ótima localização, bairro tranquilo com um Publix literalmente ao lado, uma rua com restaurantes, cafés e outros comércios também ao lado. Fácil comunicação com proprietário. Apartamento confortável, bem equipado, inclusive com máquina de lavar e secar roupas, enfim, uma ótima estrutura.

Pros:

C' est un tres belle appartement propre avec une superbe vue. J'ai ’apprécie d' etre a proximité de tout. Appartement spacieux et surtout un grand parking pour ce garer.

Cons:

Un petit bémol pour le lit qui étais trop mou. Mes peu etre que d'autre vous l' apprécier ainsi.

A remarkable week in my life!
Pros:

Was really perfect. The apartment has everything that you need to live, stay and cook. Great view of the sunrise! The building has a great structure with gym, pool and a great staff. You got a great supermarket by two minutes of the place and a street full of options by one minute of walking. The neighborhood is pretty quiet but still have options to have fun until midnight.

Cons:

Nothing bad to say.

Fantastic apartment in a good location
Pros:

Location is excellent and a very safe area, apartment was lovely clean and wonderful view.

Cons:

Could do with a broom or dust pan and brush as I know they clean after you leave but we were there a week so got a few crumbs from toast on the floor in the kitchen, also air con in bedroom we couldn't get to work but having it on in the living room and keeping doors open was just enough

Pros:

Fantastic place to stay, well decorated apartment. Gorgeous view, very well located. Within walking distant restaurants and supermarket.

Cons:

My only complaint is the mattress that was too soft for me.

We enjoyed are time here and would definitely stay again.
Pros:

This property was perfectly located for what we needed and felt very safe. View from the balcony was beautiful! The property was modern and tastefully decorated. It was also equipped with everything we needed.

Cons:

The pool was closed for reconstruction so we had to use the property next door. I was however aware of this before booking, and it was beautiful with lots of comfy seating.

Pros:

Everything. Space was awesome, clean, beautiful view, good furniture, staff was good, parking is easy.

Cons:

Pool was closed but we didn’t have much time for that anyways.

The property was beautiful and spacious, also very clean. The view was gorgeous!! The unit had all the amenities necessary. Full fridge, stove top, oven, toaster oven and microwave plus washer and dryer. The decor was also beautiful.
This is a newer property. Parking was free and in a garage which was a plus! There is also a Publix right across the street. Made my stay feel like I was right at home. Will definitely stay here again!

Cons:

I reached out to the number listed for any issues - I had a slight problem with the tv. They asked to be texted and not called. I sent a text yet I never received a response and I was there for 2 weeks.

Also, the bed was really low to the ground. No box spring - but that may not bother everyone, just wanted to mention it.

We had a lovely stay and would likely return to this building for future stays to visit family nearby.
Pros:

The location was ideal for us. Very walkable with restaurants, grocery and park nearby.
The condo was spacious and modern.

Cons:

The pool was unavailable for use, but we were offered a pass to a neighboring building to use their pool.
