Elegant hotel with a beautiful lakeside setting, great amenities, and friendly staff
Pros:

We had a highly pleasant and comfortable one-night stay at Hotel Borovi. The hotel has a premium, elegant feel to it, set against a beautiful lake right in front. The check-in process was seamless, and we appreciated that the staff members spoke English very well. Having both breakfast and spa access included in the rate is a wonderful value add, even though we didn't have time to use the wellness facilities.

Cons:

The service at the in-house restaurant could have been more efficient. It took a considerably long time for our orders to be taken and served, which is an area the hotel could improve upon. Other than that it was a great stay.

Divan hotel, sadržaji, lokacija. Nasmejano , ljubazno osoblje. Posebna pohvala za tretman hamam i divnu Gospodju Nedlju koja je učinila da se osjećam kao u raju. Sve pohvale i za Selmu koja radi na recepciji SP-a centra. Generalno svi su ostavili pozitivan utisak i učinili da nas boravak bude potpun.

Wir waren vor ein paar Tagen mit unserer Familie (mein Mann, unser Kind und ich) im Hotel Borovi und waren wirklich begeistert. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, was uns besonders wichtig war, da wir mit einem kleinen Kind gereist sind. Für unser Kind haben wir sogar ein zusätzliches Kinderbett bekommen, was uns sehr gefreut hat.

Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit – von der Rezeption über das Restaurant bis hin zu den Reinigungskräften. Alle waren sehr herzlich und stets bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.

Eine klare Empfehlung von Herzen für dieses Hotel! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
