Hotel na slikama izgleda lepo, u realnosti nismo imali tople vode sve vreme boravka, osoblje se uopste nije potrudilo da resi problem ili na bilo koji nacin izadje u susret zbog te situacije. I pored toga naplacena nam je puna cena boravka, bez ikakvog izvinjenja. Voda u bazenu je hladna kao i ceo spa centar, parno kupatilo nije radilo. U restoranu je takodje bilo hladno, dorucak je bio poprilicno skroman s obzirom o kakvoj klasi hotela se radi.

A hotel with a lot of potential, with small corrections, I think it can be great.

All the employees were wonderful and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

A huge problem is that there is no hot water for showering in the evening. Only when we arrived did I see on the booking page that others had written the same experiences. That's really bad for me, I've never been anywhere without hot water. Also, the spa center was quite cold. Both the water and the temperature in the room were not warm enough. There are thermostats in a couple of places and I saw that the temperature in the spa is 24 degrees, I think that is a little.

Pros:

Straszny hotel, omijać szerokim łukiem! Zimna woda pod prysznicem, obsługa w restauracji nie mówi po angielsku. W hotelu nie ma alkoholu, nikt o tym nie informuje na bookingu. W pokoju nie ma nawet wody bezpłatnie. Taki standard oferuje hotel 4*? To jakiś żart. Śniadanie które zaczyna się od 8.00 to bardzo późno. Lunchboxy jakie dostaliśmy - to też śmieszne. Żałuję, że zdecydowaliśmy się na pobyt w tym hotelu.

Smeštaj,ljubaznost osoblja na vrhunskom nivou, nije fer nesto drugo da ocenjujem jer sam bio samo jednu noć. Sve u svemu lep odmor!

Cons:

Mozda raznovrsniji dorucak i mislim da treba da se ubaci alkohol,pa nek ima izbora ko šta hoće da poruči.

Preporuka za boravak uz realna ocekivanja s obzirom na mesto i lokaciju.
Pros:

Osoblje: ljubazno. Konobari u restoranu jako kvalitetni i profesionalni.

Hrana: Dorucak korektan. Ukus hrane izuzetan.

Ostalo: Trim staza iza hotela za svaku preporuku. Cistoca sobe dobra. Bazen odlican. Ljubaznost osoblja u Spa centru i restoranu vrhunska.

Cons:

Soba: Temperatura previsoka u celom hotelu, u sobi takodje, nemoguce je regulisati pa je nocu za nas koji nismo navikli na tako visoke temperature obavezno da se otvore prozori i drze otvoreni celu noc. Jastuci su horor. Odlicni za gledanje, nemoguci za spavanje.

Hrana: Jako slab izbor hrane za vegetarijance. Skoro sve hrana je bazirana na mesu ili je sa mesom. Izbor peciva jako slab, dijabeticarski program nikakav. Sve bazirano na belom brasnu bez mogucnosti izbora.

Ostalo: nesto slabiji wi-fi signal u sobi. Soba je inace bila na cetvrtom spratu, malo dalje od sredine objekta.
